Good news and bad news for Game 2 ... the bad news 1st:
This is good news for Derrick White but bad news for Coach Udoka ... White is out for personal reasons, most likely the birth of a baby.
Congrats to him and his wife!
Now the good news with a tweet:
Let's hope Al is well rested and ready to continue where he left off with the Bucks.
GO CELTICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still call BS on the NBA ... The C's jumped thru hoops to clear Horford and they didn't clear him till 1-2 hours before game time.
Horford entered NBA health and safety protocols hours ahead of Game 1 for the third time this season. He missed Boston’s loss and was originally listed as doubtful for Game 2. However, the team upgraded him to questionable earlier this afternoon before declaring him available for Game 2 six hours before tip.
“He was not feeling ill,” Ime Udoka said at Boston’s shootaround. “Like I said the other day, he’s feeling fine, he’s feeling okay. It’s something that was unexpected. He’s feeling fine since that day, and since this is the protocols and testing that he has to pass, we’ll go from there.”
In order to exit NBA health and safety protocols, there were multiple avenues for Horford to get cleared in time for Game 2, per league sources. He needed one of the following options to occur: 1. Have two consecutive negative PCR tests 24 hours apart. 2. Two consecutive PCR tests with his CT values greater than 30 (indicating a low viral load). 3. Having two consecutive not detected results from lab-based PCR tests on a game day.
The final option was likely ended up clearing him based on how the Celtics updated his status on the injury report throughout the day. He began as doubtful, then questionable before being declared available.

Great response to the Heat. But we ARE NOT going to stay this hot so we'll have to keep the pressure on them inside and out and stay locked in defensively.
Great first quarter. Now let's follow it up with an even better 2nd quarter.

What we're seeing from Jayson Tatum now is what Kobe Bryant would've been if Kobe was 3 inches taller.
