I don't hate Lebron any more, except I wasn't a fan of his china apologetics. There's no denying Nike uses slave labor and LeBron gets a good chunk of those benefits Yeah i don't hate him. We might get his son on a two for one deal// Both Jordan and James helped abuse slave labor. I don't buy any Nike products. Matter of fact.. I buy only American or European these days.

The play-in games are kicking off. Hard to believe they paid Charles Barkley, Ernie and jet to show up on TruTV at 4 p.m. Wichita State plays at 5 on TNT or maybe it's TBS
Those are Central times

They were set up for failure but going to so many ECFs this early in their careers actually masked that failure. It was pathetic watching JT and JB struggle in the All Star 3-point contest. It was obvious they were out of their element; they're not 3-point shooters. I'm beginning to believe that CBS and DA need to go and Wyc needs to take the organization and team in another direction.
It was pathetic watching this press conference!
Does this guy look like the face of a franchise, if you can find it when he's not hanging/hiding it?
Talk about bad body language and lack of engagement ... he even yawns at one point.
This looks like a player that doesn't want to be here and could care less about the import of the loss just experienced.
I'm flabbergasted by his attitude and embarrassed for the Franchise that he's our face. I'm ready to use him for trade bait and bet on Jaylen Brown and whoever we can get for Tatum for heaven sakes!
And I'm pissed with Ainge for blowing the Turner deal and Brad for making these guys soft ... their attitude resembles his aloofness on the sidelines and during press conferences as well. Everything is fine ... the opponent just had a great night ... LIKE EVERY OPPONENT EXCEPT THE ONE THAT LOST 18 CONSECUTIVE GAMES.
Good luck watching this interview ... it made me sick to my stomach:

Kd gives an even worse interview. I didn't think that was possible. He has a young child. Imagine him raising children?. He hasn't grown up yet.. We expect him to lead? The romper room .?

I only assigned 30% because i didn't want to upset Patty.. 10% less than what i really thought.. Oh well today blew that.. It is inseperable of course. Hall and Oats.?. You have better artists on the PMs you send me My point being, who would want to see just oats? I love Hall & Oates I'd see them in a heartbeat but not just Oates
I hear ya ... like going to see Ringo Starr sans the other Beatles.

None of us are here to make friends but Boss just mentioning trading Tatum will bring down the house..
We both favor Brown and have from day one. Despite the poor interview i would like to keep them both..
I would entrertain offers on Tatum he's shouldered little blame and we could sell high.
He's not going most all media fools Scal included made him the face of the franchise his ist year..

I agree "he" mortgaged our future. YES he did. FOR THIS YEAR!!! When Kemba played in CHA, he hardly ever missed a game, is it "his" fault Kemba is now .5 Kemba? No, not really. At the time he was better than Rozier. That was supposed to be an upgrade, and many here, including me, were excited with that swap. NOW - did he PLAN on having a Big 4, fully healthy and ready to go this year? Again, YES!! And, folks, THAT team would be contending for the title. A few safe additions here and there, Smart off the bench, and we were flying. DID he plan on having an injured player with a 34.5 million dollar player option opt IN? Yes, of course, we all did. Get your 34 mill, and then get another big payday next year on another team, if you want. THIS was the year. The asshole screwed us over. THEN, the biggest mistake of all was made.............jerking off while MJ swooped in with a Godfather offer. We should have traded the malcontent, greedy bastard to IND for Turner and McBuckets. I just picture Turner instead of Thompson, and Dougie instead of Semi. We could have then upgraded at PG (no Teague, maybe keep Wanamaker) and used our smaller MLE on a shooter. We would be better! Anyway, enough ranting. Waiting for today's tweet that something big will happen today for the team. Perhaps we'll get another press release saying, "we like our guys." Good grief Well, no...pull your head out of your arse and admit that Ainge screwed the pooch...be honest...

Petey this was talked about SXM NBA today by Turmoney(sp) and Johnson. Early success went to their heads and CBS voice is now going in one ear and out the other.

WOW! That was beyond pathetic! To me that press conference, by our best player and "face of the franchise," speaks volumes about what is wrong with this current team. He couldn't even look up while answering a question, God forbid he be a man and look the questioner in the eye while ansering!
I have said many times before and I will say it again, the keys to the Celtics car were given to Tatum far to early and to easily.
Teams take on the persona of there best player (or coach if he is a domineering personality) and the C's have clearly taken on the persona of JT; soft, distracted, and usually appearing uninterested.
It is pretty clear to me that no team will win a championship with JT as its alpha male. Much like Anthony Davis, JT is a second fiddle, or to quote Fierce, he is a robin not a batman.
Either Danny needs to package Jaylon Brown and other assets to get a true alpha that JT can play second fiddle to, or take admins advice and sell high on JT.

Quite a judgement about a 23 year old kid. There isnt one young player in the league that drags their team to championships and most of them are immature. Hes 4-5 years away from his prime, would be pretty irresponsible to give up on him this early if youre a GM. The simple fact is there arent many superstars out there, and they are all older.

I'm not hanging any one player especially a 23 year old.
Is there anyone in the Celtic organization responsible?
Guess not.

For this specific team, its on the players and the simple fact they just arent good enough and a young, immature bunch. Ainge definitely missed opportunities to improve this roster, obviously the Turner deal, I think we all wanted to do. At the end of the day, if your best players are young, then you dont win. Big picture though, its too early to give up on Tatum/Brown. At this point its what they have to build off and hope things turn out. To guarantee either one wont be the best player on a championship team is premature. This year my blame pie is 70% players, 20% Ainge and 10% Stevens

Have any of the grown ups been identified?
If so, have they stepped forward?

Ainge has signed 100% of the players on this team. Yet he's only 20% responsible? This could only be true if Ainge had inherited the majority of the players. How's that work i'm curious..

No my 10% was always for Stevens. I fully think this roster is good enough to make a deepish playoff run. Their ceiling is what it is. Could they be better in certain areas? For sure. Turner obviously helps this team, but its probably marginal in terms of his total team impact. The bench isnt great, but your best players havent been good. At some point you cant rely on the role players to over achieve. Thats not their job. Tatum Brown Kemba Smart Theis/RWill should be enough to get you to the final 8.

Some of you boys are still mad, because you want your boy Brown to be better than Tatum!! Well he's not, and it's really not that close!! The next time Brown gets doubled, will be the first time! Tatum gets doubled any time the games get close, because other teams know he's the only one who can consistently score!! He just turned 23 and he's not really an outgoing personality type!! LB at 23 wouldn't have been much different!!

Yeah i'll let the 10% for Stevens stand.. My mistake
Most said 30 to 40 but we really don't know how much imput Stevens has had putting this team together.
Deep playoff run? Looks like you and Fierce agree.
What i see.. Is a deep devide between the old folks here and the younger ones who buy this hype and propaganda that Ainge spews.
Looks like ya sayin.. I like this team echoing Ainge..

Want to promote some more midgets like you have for the past 5 years? . Can ya say.? . Kemba Sucks One Sour?
