Celtics vs. Sixers key players to watch
Boston Celtics
Jayson Tatum: The Celtics star forward continues to turn heads, averaging 30.5 points, 8.8 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game this season. Tatum has scored at least 30 points in five of his six matchups this season.
Kristaps Porzingis: KP got into foul trouble on Monday, and it hurt Boston against the Wolves. Now, the team needs him to hold up on defense against reigning league MVP Joel Embiid. It won’t be an easy test, but this is a good spot to see where Boston’s defense stands against one of the league’s best offenses.
Philadelphia 76ers
Tobias Harris: The Sixers forward has been terrific this season, averaging 19.7 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game while shooting 63.2 percent from the field and 40.0 percent from beyond the arc.
Harris has picked up the slack scoring the ball with Harden gone, and the Sixers have looked like a more free-flowing offense because of it.
Celtics vs. Sixers prediction and pick
Boston won three of the four meetings between these two teams during the regular season, and I wouldn’t be shocked to see the C’s win this game as long as everyone is healthy.
Derrick White has missed the team’s last two games for the birth of his child, but he would give the team a massive boost if he returns to the lineup.
Boston forced overtime on Monday without him, but the team’s depth certainly was tested in that game.
The Sixers have thrived early on this season, shooting the ball at a high rate (seventh in effective field goal percentage), but can they beat a Boston team that is No. 2 in the league in offensive rating?
Philly is going to need some role players to step up, but Joel Embiid is also going to have a new matchup in Boston with Kristap Porzingis now in the fold for the Celtics.
I lean with Boston to pull off a road win in this game, especially if it’s back at full strength.

Jaylen's been awful all game long so far. Does not rebound, cannot shoot and turns the ball over too much. Not the 300M man I wanna see, wake up man.
