Hornets ahead of us in the standing. Jordan is laughing at Ainge If we didn't have such an easy schedule we probably wouldn't make the playoffs.. One player won't change this.. Five to six of our players shouldn't even be in the NBA.. A new GM and coach is way overdue.. People have laughed at Jordan as a GM forever, now hes a good one? Lets not go crazy here

He looks better than Ainge as we speak.. One good player will put Cha in the elite.. One good player will give us a higher draft pick.

Same could be said for the Celtics Turns out its really hard to be elite in the NBA

😀😀 Shouldn’t over read comments without context. I was talking about Tatum missing the free throw and then missing the follow up. Your comment just happened to fall before mine. But then, yes I have been accused of worse. 😀😀 Well, I went back to delete that pretty much right away but KY had already quoted me...open mouth, insert foot...
And we need more members not less...my humblest apologies...go Celts!...

Kyrie going to BKN for example. Then he gets his friends to play and all of a sudden its a desirable destination. I think Ainge has made mistakes, but it cannot be overlooked just how hard it is to get to the top of the league in the NBA. It requires a lot of luck

Kyrie was here.. He never invited his friends.. Hayward brought no friends.. Horford didn't either....
Brooklyn isn't a more desirable location than Boston except for one reason. They have a contender..
Players are going to a team where they have a good shot of getting a championship.
Nothing else.. It's not complicated..

I disagree as they have 0 elite scoring ability, I mean we act like theyre taking the league by storm...They arent, they are 20-18. I think we are throwing the term "elite" around a little too easy. I agree though, the swap of Hayward for TT was never going to make the Celtics better. That was homerism talk

It's a weak argument that the cold dark NE winter is driving players away..

Hayward did choose to come here, it just didnt work out due to a numerous amounts of circumstances. Hes also not a superstar Kyrie chose to go to BKN, im sure that being where hes from meant a lot in that decision. Him and Durant were planning that out a year ahead of time. These guys choose what they want to do

IDk what you are meaning by contenders? To me theres about 4 teams in the league that can conted for a championship. And CHA wont be one of them unless they acquire Lebron or Durant somehow.

He's a franchise altering player, and there is no freaking way he should have went 3. He should have went 1. Everyone was daydreaming about Wiseman because size, size, size, size, size. And dont get me wrong Wiseman would have made a fine #1 pick most years. But LaMello is special, and Cha is going to be really good, they need to do a little rebalancing (3 point guards)

But hes still better then every single center in the league.

Cha is not about Hayward or some future big they might trade for. They are dangerous because LaMello. Hayward cannot carry a team to a championship. In 3 years, LaMello may.

Kyrie set that up, Harden tagged along after they were already great. He was icing. I dont agree with the players choosing the markets, I think its idiotic...But theres no doubt that Boston is not a desirable destination for a majority of the league

Bigs are role players. Teams built around the big just never get anywhere. Look at teh Pistons over hte last 10 years. Even AD couldnt get his team out of the gutter until he teamed with LeB (who can win with any big in the league). What has Philly won? Its just not about the bigs in todays NBA.

He's one young smart player.. Rozier and Hayward are complimates not the driving force..
