The Warriors and Pelicans discussed a potential deal involving Kelly Oubre Jr., sources said. There isn’t traction as of yet. Like many conversations around this time, it is a scenario. – via Shams Charania @ The Athletic Top Rumors, Trade, Kelly Oubre, Golden State Warriors, New Orleans Pelicans Lonzo and Reddick avaliable.

Feb. 6: most players who signed free-agent contracts in the offseason can begin to be traded. A team that is expected to be prominent in the trade market picture, rival teams expect: The New Orleans Pelicans. The franchise is off to an uneven 5-10 start to the season. New Orleans has been receiving calls about the availability of Lonzo Ball and JJ Redick and has shown an openness to discussing trades around both with interested teams, sources tell The Athletic. A move would create a clearer pathway for young guards Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Kira Lewis in the Pelicans’ rotation. – via Shams Charania @ The Athletic Top Rumors, Trade, JJ Redick, Kira Lewis, Lonzo Ball, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, New Orleans Pelicans I hope DaCeltics doesn't get overly excited!!

Can't see how Ball and Redick are of any concern for Boston, Redick is almost priced out at 13 mil.

The numbers don't support your theory. Against the Sixers in the 1st round, GWill averaged 10 minutes per game. In the 2nd round versus Toronto, GWill averaged 11.6 minutes per game. GWill got the least amount of playing time against the Heat, 8 minutes per game. The good news is there's still time this season. GWill can prove doubters wrong until the trade deadline. But some here, including Admin, would trade GWill and keep Semi. is not a theory. It was a fact. It was presented on last years playoffs broken down in numbers that gw was doing a better job on adebayo. So stop downplaying it. Just because you dont like it does not mean that it actually did not take place. You just have to deal with it Can you show the link or article? The minutes are just too little to make a definitive conclusion. In the 1st round, Kanter got more playing time because he was doing a better job on Embiid than Theis. So if it's true that GWill was doing a better job on Bam, his minutes would've increased against Miami. But what happened was GWill got the least amount of minutes against Miami. The opposite should have happened if it's true GWill did a good job against Bam.

Ball, no, but Redick would be a nice veteran option off the bench Nah! Roll with the yung'uns. We need veterans for the playoffs. Thad Young and Redick fit the TPE.

www.hoopsrumors.com/2019/08/five-most-valuable-nba-traded-player-exceptions.htmlMost traded player exceptions – even sizeable ones – go unused, but that’s not always the case. Earlier this offseason, for instance, the Grizzlies created a $25MM trade exception in their Mike Conley deal with Utah. Memphis later used the Conley TPE to take on Andre Iguodala‘s $17MM salary, then used the remainder to acquire Josh Jackson ($7MM). That exception has less than $800K left on it now, so the Grizzlies probably won’t use it again, but it’s proven extremely valuable this summer.

Show me the link 😂 I watched the whole series and there was very little Bam vs. GWill battles. It was Bam vs. Theis most of the time. The sample size is just too small to make a definitive conclusion. Like you said, GWill is a decent player, but decent is not good enough if the Celts want to reach the finals again. But that doesn't necessarily mean GWill has to be traded. GWill could be a valuable 12th man.

I'm not for trading Kemba. I don't think he's the problem, number 1, and number 2, I don't see who we could get of equal value that will give us his production. Use the TPE on a veteran scoring option off the bench. Pritchard, Nesmith, Romeo et al may be fine in the regular season, but we need someone to help come playoff time What we will get is being rid of his absolutely lame contract...pun intended...

Sorry as an adult with responsibilities I couldnt catch the 9pm game against the Chicago Bulls! Im a bad fan! What are doing, working second shift down at the factory?? I have worked second shift at two different factories in Framingham (which happens to be in Massachusetts in case you didnt know)...do you have a problem with that?!?!
Perhaps you have never been to Massachusetts...perhaps you do not know how blue collar it is...perhaps you do not know what blue collar means...
Funny thing is that this evening I was actually just talking with my wife how fun of a time that was....playing fusbol in the company recreation room after our shift...

Signed as a free agent further triggering Ray Allen’s departure.
