All dynasty's must end!! I bet they'd like to have Jimmy G back!! hey dumb chit, we won the Super Bowl last year...think that would have happened with Jimmy G?!...how are you even supposedly a Celtics fan?...
Jimmy dumb chit stepped into a tackle at the sideline in stead of going out of bounds and missed all last year due to the injury...

BB did JG a favor by trading him to a good place...Niners are my second team I follow, lived up there 24 years...unfortunately one of my best friends is a Vikings fan...going to be a hard day to figure out tomorrow...

Garrappolo would still be a Patriot if Bill had his say ... but Kraft owns the team and it was his decision. And the right one at the time as it brought us another championship. The only problem with losing Jimmy G was that Bill put more value on putting him in a good situation than getting back fair value for the Pats. Rumors were that Cleveland had offered 2-3 1st round picks at the beginning of the year and by the time we traded him we only got a third round pick ... Really Bill?

If okc had a team back then I wouldn't be probably. You could be a fan of a certain player or once upon a time like my fav mchale As a kc fan, I'm happy to get Houston instead, but maybe that's a mistake

I'm not a huge Patriots fan.
Too much shady dealing for my appetite.
Yet give'm credit. Pats have had quite a run with GOAT Brady.
Time to move on w/o TB methinks.
It's OVA!!!
No resign.... let him retire or make a deal with another team.
Trade assets to move up in the draft and go for the next Tom Brady, pronto.
They could be wandering for a very long time in the NFL wilderness... like my 'skins are currently enduring.

My first 21 years were in Maine and roots run deep so I am a Boston teams fan first….Sox, Celtics, Bruins, Pats etc….but returning from a military draft obligation through California I have stayed for over 55 years. Still come bask East, however, 2-3 times per year to family & better seafood & visits to Fenway. I am Octogenarian so I go back to Cousy/Sharman days & through the Bird, Parrish, Mchale era and our last hurrah with Garnet, Pierce & Allen. Of course with the Red Sox I go back to Ted Williams, Bobby Doerr, Johnny Pesky, Dom Dimaggio, Mel Parnel, Ellis Kinder etc….I could go on an on.
It was difficult being here not to begin to like the local teams…49ers with Montana, Young & Rice, Giants with 3 World Series in 5 years and now the recent Warrior dynasty. With friends we’d watch the local teams on TV and also I went to local games so it became natural to start to like them. And other than the Boston Globe, didn’t have the internet for me the last 10 years or so & the few times the Boston teams came out here I went, of course, and rooted for them. There is no hate for Boston teams here…at one Giant game a group of Sox fans sang Sweet Caroline after the 8th inning and Giant fans joined in. The Warriors and Lakers have a rivalry like the Sox and Yankees & I loved going to Warrior games and hearing "beat LA, Beat LA” as I would in the Garden. All SF sport teams, Giants and Dodgers, and 49ers & Rams, have their biggest rivalries.

Rumors were that Cleveland had offered 2-3 1st round picks at the beginning of the year and by the time we traded him we only got a third round pick ... Really Bill? I agree it was probably the biggest steal in NFL history. But I don't know if on a humanitarian basis Kraft knowing Jimmy G sat on the bench for a couple of years and Brady stated he wanted to play a few years over 40, allowed the kid the opportunity to lead his own team & SF was not in the Pats' division so maybe this influenced him. I wished after Montana & Young era that the 49ers could get Brady. The area is his hometown and he was a Montana & 49er fan growing up. They'd won a couple of Super Bowls as did the Pats with him. Heck, I wish the 49ers drafted Rodgers instead of Smith and then failed to win a SB with Kaperjerk! They'd won a couple too with Rodgers. Lately we've been talking politics and football on the Celtics Forum...I guess I'm OK with that but Politics and Sports should be separate.

Yeah, BB did JG a solid, how can you like a man and send him to the dysfunctional Cleveland ownership?...but the Niners slid us a solid lineman (name evades me, will look into it later) for nothing basically the year after...that was definitely part of the payback...I am very cool with keeping Brady...and hope he stays one more year, and we go all in...bolster the front line, and get some better receivers...easy money...
