IT IS TIME TO PANIC. We lost to Sacramento AT HOME! It's officially BAD! If this game isn't an indicator that this mix of players is not the answer, I don't know what is. It's time for some deep, roster-changing moves that we'll need to make FOR THE FUTURE. This season with the majority of these players, is a wrap. JT and JB combined to take 36 shots yet attempted only 3 free throws. THREE. And 9 turnovers combined. We go as they go so my emphasis starts with them. And the rest of the players can all be traded or moved (except RWill). At this point, honestly, NO CELTIC WOULD BE UNTOUCHABLE, JT and JB included. Lets start with a new coach and see how things shake out before blowing things completely up.

Irving scored 43 pts and 40 the other night. No problem playing with Harden & Durant. Why couldn’t he do the same with Tatum & Brown? Maybe the problem wasn’t just his.

Brad speaks about lack of engagement but hasn't figured out how to access that engagement.
Perk talking about "accountability" and how even Walton gets in players faces and angry on the sideline with mistakes. Emotion matters. Brad doesn't motivate that way but maybe he needs to start. The players are too comfortable with Brad ... he needs to go outside his comfort zone and try a new technique to get the response he's looking for cuz the old one ain't workin.'

Don’t think he has the personality to command many of the players’ respect. Better suited to the young college players.

The Kings won because they have a better team then we do!! Fox, best player on the floor! Heild, best shooter on the floor!! Covid has Tatum reeling! Brown is so out of control, he don't know if he's coming or going! Theis and Rwill were the only two who came to play!! Oh yeah, what's our record since Smart came back?? Heart and soul my ass!! Haha haha as Fierce would say!!

Everybody is within their comfort zone. They're comfortable there and nobody is going to demand they come out of that comfort zone. Obviously in order for these guys to get to the next level, they are going to have to take things a few levels from where they are. So somebody will need to make these guys uncomfortable and it's not BS or DA. And unfortunately, failing to demand these guys come OUT of that comfort zone is hampering their development. They'll never be elite until they get comfortable OUT OF THAT COMFORT ZONE.

Forget Brad, fire Ainge, hell me and Hedley and Che couldn't coach this terrible mix of bad to worse players!! Hayward should have been mvp of the league last year, look how terrible we are without him!! I tried to tell y'all we were not as good this year!!

BTW, ORL will come in here expecting a win as well after beating the Nets tonight:
Gordan nearly matched Kyrie with 38 of his own ...

I've tuned Brad out, and I don't even play for him! Everytime they cut to him I mute the TV. I am just so very disgusted. It's not his fault. He is doing his best. I am just tired of him.

No, Fierce said we would only be better if we used the tpe!! He did say this mix of players was better as TT is able to defend bigs. He would then reference that one game Bam only had 15 points. Fierce is a master flip flopper and goal post pusher. There weren’t many of us saying they were worse than last year

I understand what perk is saying, and I’m sure he’s referring to the coach to make these guys uncomfortable and hold them accountable. I think he’s a little naive on how much coaches impact games here. I’m sure if you asked him he’d say that’s how doc motivated us, but when you look back, Doc was a failure until KG got here. It’s always the players. And that’s where the problem is IMO. Those guys just don’t grow on trees, some players are greatly skilled without the character and some have the character without enough skill.

Those guys just don’t grow on trees, some players are greatly skilled without the character and some have the character without enough skill. Perk played 16 seasons in the NBA and had a successful career as a modestly skilled (with good character) and motivated big man/enforcer. (When Perk speaks, I advise folks to listen!)
Maybe Perk is right on the $$$ about the impact of coaching on the game, having been there/done that himself.
Doc was hardly a failure before KG arrived and he certainly hasn't been a failure since. I count 22 years coaching in the NBA with Doc approaching 1,000 wins and a 58% winning record. That's certainly a remarkable career no matter how you slice it.
Doc isn't Pop or Red either for that matter (few are) but he was/is very well regarded, both as a player and as a coach too.

If he was still here, he'd probably be saying he never said we'd be better, unless we used the TPE, which he didn't say

I think it's hysterical that Brad has a .560 winning percentage counting this year, and he's a miserable failure, while Doc, with one more title, is a huge success. Doc has had better players........even in ORL!!
