Davis leaves the court, head down, thinking how much better it could be to be a Celtic ... Wishful thinking here.

He was a little young to be applying some arbitrary 3 yr rule ... is that a Fiercism rule ... I never heard that before?

Smart leading the team in minutes.
With Smart you get top notch defense and leadership.
If Brown was playing, Smart will not play as much.
That's what I mean by addition by subtraction.

Wow!
Kyrie and Tatum the 1-2 punch.

Tatum from Al with the throw down! +1
117-102 now ... 2:25 left
Davis saunters back to the bench ... he's done, in more ways than one.

Look at the box score Celtic fans.
Celts have 3 players with 20 or more points.
That's what we need.
We don't need 9 players averaging 10-14 points per game.
Without Jaylen, Smart was in there for defense, leadership, and making plays for others.
Look at the result.

Kyrie moved to the 2. I called that one. Really? You're going to call that one when it was only hours ago that you said you will trade Kyrie.

Like I said, blame the rotations on Brad, it's not Brown that's the problem. End of discussion ...

Time to man up, chris. Kyrie's not the problem. oh my God. Kyrie does not excel as a PG thats a fact. Lets face it, we are about to pay big bucks to a 6'3" SG that should be a PG

All that proves is that Smart's a better leader than Kyrie ... If Kyrie is more comfortable at the 2 then leave him there. He can be the silent leader scoring as the SG.
Many here have been clambering for Smart as a starter ... If this success holds then playing Gordon & Jaylen on team 2 along with Rozier, Morris & Theis could be constructive.

And I would trade him for contractual reasons more than anything. If the guy is willing to involve others, we can fix this. I said that too. You just cant guess one and that bothers you.

Those roles (superstar) can be swapped if Jaylen continues to develop and Jayson gets lazy or takes your attitude that he's a born star.
Time will tell but I like Brown's mindset and athleticism to win out.
Usually by year 3 we already know if a player is a star or not. It's Brown's year 3 and I don't see anything special. ouch...
