it seems that JE is basing his appeal not on the test results themselves, nor his testosterone level, but on mishandling his test. I do not think Sherman is the comp for this. Ryan Braun had his suspension over turned due to mishandling
Half of that is right, the handling is more similar to the Braun case.
The "unknown substance" can't be ignore - at all. More than likely if he took anything it was something related to HGH as that promotes healing as with Rodney Harrison and Peyton Manning. So the testosterone levels likely mean squanto as that's steroid related. There might be increases in other substances related to HGH I suppose.
They can't simply say we've never seen this substance and conclude it's a banned substance. It has to at least be chemically very close to a known substance. Something those showed a peak on a chromatograph very close to a known substance (chemically similar), similar in molecular weight and be present in enough quantity to cause ay concern. With all the agents out there and all the testing being done, it's very hard to believe the testing lab never saw it before.
