There is talk about trading for Kwahi Leonard and I think they would want 2 out of 3, Tatum, Brown & Rozier. I commented I'd not want to let any of them go only Horford & Smart and anyone(s) else..draft choices too. But the way Horford played today, I renege on that comment. Let's see how far we go in the playoffs. With Irving and Hayward and this team now I think we are championship calibre. Don't know financing who we might need resign and can we afford it.

May come down to Smart or Rozier. Then reupping Baynes or Monroe (MLE?) ... unless ownership is willing to go into Luxury Tax territory a year early as well as the repeater tax. They need to be convinced that we can win a championship to pay the players we have now to stand pat. This playoffs will provide the answer ... meaning how far we get.

Danny will stand pat with these guys...can keep pretty much everyone, make decisions when Horford's contract is up, and Tatum and Brown need to be paid...they call him Trader Danny, but he stands pat even more...Leonard is tempting, but with the youth we have on lower contracts, it does not make sense...

We could have used Theis in this series! I know I wouldn't trade Tatum for Leonard, I'm not sure I would Brown either! Where would we be without Morris? Great trade by Ainge.

I dont want to trade either. I want them in tandem for years. I'd trade Irving or Hayward first.

I think Kawhi will stay in SA. They will offer him the supermax, and he will take it. Pop will be gone by the time the contract is up. I wouldn't trade for him anyway, since, if I'm wrong, I think he won't resign with any team that he is traded to. If that makes sense

And I think it will be Rozier because his value is high right now. He'd get us a first round pick, at least. He has one more year on his rookie deal. Agree also we should re up BOTH Baynes and Monroe. They are both good for us, and give us different looks. Monroe is awesome out of that high post. Good spelling for Horford

What a game. Glad we were able to pull it out in OT. If they cut down on TOs they should be fine. I would like to see a little more from Monroe. He is a keep for next season. TRo had some custom shoes trending on twitter. Man, they looked pretty good.

It took more than 48 minutes for the Celtics to take down the Bucks in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference 1st round playoff matchup. Terry Rozier turned Scary late, knocking down a huge shot that looked like a game-winner, but Khris Middleton hit a shot from the parking lot as time expired to send the game to overtime. The extra time wasn't enough for Milwaukee though, and the Celtics managed to hold on to home-court advantage with some big performances from their young guns. Top Three:Just gonna pour up another glass of whiskey and keep murmuring "Bucks in 6" Fold fold fold fold. This team should do my laundry Holy shit.... The Celtics are playing "Yodeling Kid Remix" as a 4th Q pump up. 2018 is an amazing place. End of Regulation:wow......we are just that bad You wanna at least run out after getting crossed Bledsoe? How the f**k do we play great D then forget about Rozier the last 2 sec what the heck was Bledsoe looking at? not even paying attention to Rozier, the guy with the ball Rozie won’t shoot this well all series | neither will middleton KLUTCH. HOLY CRAP KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | I wasn’t as shocked as I should’ve been when he hit that Full Slate:its 1am here and i am ready to f*cking go. BUCKS IN 6!!!!!!!! | Dagobah system? I'm getting really confident about this series, somebody stop me! | You should be, everyone should be. The talent difference is obvious. We have the vastly superior team top to bottom talent wise Accidentally turned on the Celtic broadcast I think…they’re billing it as "Giannis v the Next Man Up" Charley Barkley predicting Bucks to win the series are bledsoe laces untied? or just the longest ever is playoff Henson back? He looks like he cares, which is great i feel like this series is gonna show the nba how good tatum is. im confident we win but i think he will be a problem Bledsoe needs to get his head out of his ass We are just so dumb Bucks are gonna get swept Damnit. Nothing's changed Same ol’ directionless and undisciplined team we saw all year Not saying we are going to lose, but you confident people, have you watched this team this year? Vs. well coached teams? I was hoping we were keeping something in disguise near the end of the regular season, but no Bucks look like deer in headlights in the half court I love the fake tough guy bit from Morris twins. It’s pretty funny. 26-7 this quarter, wow Big Boston run coming after the commercial break. We'd be fine if we could stop being idiots. I think that’s part of our identity, unfortunately. up 3 points on a team that shot like 14% for a whole quarter, sweet. we’d be ahead by like 10 if we didn’t have to play Jabari How many game do you think the Celtics would have won this season with Milwaukee’s coaching staff? 36-42 is my guess | no way are they winning 40. stevens is on another level. Bucks winning and I still hate them. What an odd vibe they give their fanbase Our success rate on passing up open 3s for drives is somewhere around 0% shane larkin so trash. stevens not even letting him touch the ball on offense. | dunno how people can keep underrating stevens. how many head coaches would tell their backup point guard "you’re literally never going to touch the ball on offense in the 2nd half, unless its by accident" I guess Giannis has decided (or been coached) to stop shooting any 3's in the postseason I look forward to watching Jabari in Chicago next year, or anywhere besides Milwaukee. Everyone relax. Bucks will make a run to get this game to within a possession before they give up another run I wouldn't put it past Horford being the best player in the series How many steps is Horford allowed to take as he slides his way down low? credit where credit is due. Rozier and Tatum were amazing, and Horford was pretty solid too | forgot Brown It took us turning it over 20+ times for Boston to really be in, let alone win, this one. And the refs decided the game Refs!!!!!! All friggin' day. Boston won the game at the line and with timely awful calls. I have no confidence that we’ll get a fair shake at any point but the Bucks are much better than this bunch of traveling tier 2 hack boxes. What a disappointing game Does anyone else feel that despite the loss we should win this series?I just don’t think they have the offensive firepower to stay with us. www.celticslife.com/2018/04/green-envy-what-bucks-fans-said-game-1.html

I really think we can win this series. We have to do the following and we'll win:
We have to finish possessions better. Because of their perimeter length, we cannot rely on one-on-one play at the end of the shot clock. We went through a stretch of turnovers and horrible shots (incl airballs) playing hero ball at the end of possessions. Morris bailed out one possession by nailing an impossible 3-pointer as the shot clock expired. We need ball movement until we can get a good shot.
We have to be much, much better at protecting the ball. Between Brown, Tatum and Larkin, they turned over the ball 12 times, many of which were unforced turnovers. We have to reduce the turnovers.
Horford, especially, MUST continue to play like yesterday. If Horford doesn't play as aggressively as he did yesterday, we lose big. He has to keep the pressure on Giannis and make him work on the defensive end.
We can give Gianns and Middleton 66 points on 41 shots. We have to just put the others on lock and we'll win.
We need double figures from the center position. Monroe had some opportunities at the rim but he blew them. Same for Baynes. He went up very soft on several chances at the rim and got his shot blocked. If we can get something from the center position AND get the production from the players we got that production from yesterday, we'll win. Brown and Tatum were able to get yesterday's production frequently during the season. It's Horford and Rozier's production yesterday that we did not get frequently. If they keep it up, we'll be great.
Bledsoe, Snell, Parker..............none of them scare me. They can all be contained so if either Giannis or Middleton DON'T have a game like yesterday, that even increases our chances of success.

Pud, that was a huge performance from Tatum. We'll be in great shape if he continues at that level - without the 5 turnovers.
This is what I like to call............raising one's game. And to be a rookie makes it all the more special.
But we'll need it in 3 more wins in the next possibly 3 opportunities.

If he plays well, we will win, as they have no one who can stop him. Lastly, agree 100% on Horford. And, I seem to remember one fan having a lot of confidence he'd do well in the playoffs......wonder who that was.....lol

On Monroe - sometimes the first time you play a team that gave up on you, you stink. Other times, like Carlton Fisk, you play really well. Monroe was the former, but I think he'll revert back to his old self now.

Not to be a party-pooper, but this is one playoff game. Let's hope he doesn't return to deferring everything to the others. The huge number of FTs offset his total of 8 shot attempts. Let's hope he doesn't revert to 8 shots with 4 or 5 FTs. I don't think Milwaukee has a player who can check Big Al.

Guys...I do not want to seem like an ingrate but if we had lost, it would have been devastating so I am thankful we pulled it out. I mean to have 5 players in double figures and Horford playing the best I've seen him, we still needed OT to win. Stats have been mentioned and as good as our defense was as although we committed some terrible TOs, our defense made them commit 20 to our 15 a very needed +5. And even with their height advantage we were +2 in rebs 54-52. I mean they shot an incredible 48% to our 42%. We were +3 in 3 pointers.
I will admit they were incredibly lucky or incredibly good to shoot a 3 pt shot by Brogdon with 11 seconds to go and I felt Rozier did the nail in the coffin answering with a 3 with 1.5 sec to go. But luck, skill, fate etc. Middleton makes a tying 3 from almost half court with .05 sec to go. Yup, glad we pulled it out in OT. And we need win the next for sure as they will be very tough on their court. The key will be Horford playing just as well offensively but also battling the Greek Freak.
Enjoyed Cavs losing. Some non favored teams came to play with Indy winning, the Bucks were very tough on us too, Portland loses and the team favored to win in the West, although the Warriors looked very tough, Houston struggled to beat Minn.
