I think it's the other way around. I think that this was their chance to steal one here. I think they got lucky hitting those crazy shots at the end. We're the better team at making adjustments. I expect game 2 to be easier, then the refs rob us in 3 and try to in 4.

Guys...I do not want to seem like an ingrate but if we had lost, it would have been devastating so I am thankful we pulled it out. I mean to have 5 players in double figures and Horford playing the best I've seen him, we still needed OT to win. Stats have been mentioned and as good as our defense was as although we committed some terrible TOs, our defense made them commit 20 to our 15 a very needed +5. And even with their height advantage we were +2 in rebs 54-52. I mean they shot an incredible 48% to our 42%. We were +3 in 3 pointers. I will admit they were incredibly lucky or incredibly good to shoot a 3 pt shot by Brogdon with 11 seconds to go and I felt Rozier did the nail in the coffin answering with a 3 with 1.5 sec to go. But luck, skill, fate etc. Middleton makes a tying 3 from almost half court with .05 sec to go. Yup, glad we pulled it out in OT. And we need win the next for sure as they will be very tough on their court. The key will be Horford playing just as well offensively but also battling the Greek Freak. Enjoyed Cavs losing. Some non favored teams came to play with Indy winning, the Bucks were very tough on us too, Portland loses and the team favored to win in the West, although the Warriors looked very tough, Houston struggled to beat Minn. We will continue to turn over the ball if we attack the paint (which we must to beat them) due to their length and ability to deflect or pick off passes. Rozier was damn good to dribble through all those arms & legs w/o TOs himself trying to get to the rim or find an open man. They are one of the worse 3-pt shooting teams in league and that 48% is unlikely to happen again ... Middleton should never had gotten the inbounds pass had J-Lenny been playing up tight as he should have been. Chalk it up to overconfidence and a mental mistake that won't happen again.

The real crime was when Rozy left bogdanovic to stop giannis at the 3 point line. I don't fault Jaylen for staying away on that last 3. Biggest danger is probably a foul from there.
