Boston Celtics injuries: Terry Rozier questionable, Shane Larkin out vs. Milwaukee BucksCeltics' Terry Rozier is 'questionable' vs. Milwaukee, but he says he's 'definitely' playingBy Tom WesterholmWALTHAM -- Boston Celtics guard Terry Rozier and coach Brad Stevens gave differing reports as to the third-year guard's status against the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday. Per Stevens, Rozier is questionable after suffering a left-ankle injury against the Toronto Raptors on Saturday. Rozier hit the floor hard on a scary fall in the second half, and he stayed down for a minute before limping away slowly to chants of "Ter-ry, Ter-ry" from the Celtics crowd. Rozier finished the game, but he didn't practice with the team on Monday. Stevens said Rozier would likely travel. "I haven't talked to our trainers this morning," Stevens said. "That was the report late last night. Obviously we're not going to play him if it's hurting him, because he's going to be incredibly important as we move forward. You saw the other night he played 38 minutes. Obviously without Shane, too, he would have more burden." Rozier, however, said he would "definitely" play against the Bucks. "I fell. I'm good though," he said. "I thought it was going to be my knee, and it wasn't my knee. Then, my Achilles starting hurting after the game. By the time I got home, all the pain transferred to my ankle and it ended up being my ankle. I watched the play like ten times yesterday. Like I said, I'm fine. I iced it a lot yesterday. I feel good. I feel way better today than yesterday. I'm definitely playing tomorrow." Rozier said he suffered a more significant ankle injury against the Golden State Warriors earlier this year. "I just know that I'm not a guy who wants to sit out if I don't have a legitimate reason," Rozier said. "I'm fine. I can play. My ankle is not super bad. The way I hurt it in Golden State is way worse than this one, so I feel good about it. The medical staff knows what they're doing, so just getting it together and taking my time with it." Two notes from the rest of the Celtics' walking wounded: - Per Stevens, Shane Larkin was discharged from the hospital Sunday evening after spending "a couple of days" admitted, battling a sickness." He had a strain of flu," Stevens said. "He will not travel with us today. If he's approved by the doctors, then he can join us tomorrow." - Stevens was also asked about Marcus Smart's recovery from thumb surgery. He said the Celtics had nothing new to report. "Progress but nothing new," Stevens said. "There's no enhanced timeline there. It's still six to eight weeks from the surgery of basketball activity. He's not close to anything. He can run a little bit and do that stuff, but he can't do anything with the ball." www.masslive.com/celtics/index.ssf/2018/04/boston_celtics_injuries_terry.html#incart_river_index

Yes it really is even my English ancestors came from Holland and Northern Europe.
Check out the'' Friesian'' language it's a mix of old English and Dutch. Saxons Jutes and Frisians settled in Southern England in 250 AD . The'' Brits'' were chased out to WALES.

Good grief...the game thread is off to a rip roaring start...April fools was Sunday...
first trick played on me was by my clock which automatically changes on Daylight savings...only thing is that it was programmed prior to Congress messing with the dates again, so it doesn't change when it is supposed to and then a few weeks later it changes when it is not supposed to...

So no Rozier or Larkin. Can they be competitive today?

Allen showing a different look in there. Using his passing to get this offense going.

Meanwhile the Raptors are playing in Cleveland. Can't believe that I am hoping for a Cavs win!

This is one in a row. I’m rooting for Cavs to be Toronto then if we win tonight, our game against them will be for 1st place.

Can't believe that we scored 31 in 1st. I suppose we have the advantage of surprise right now. Lets see how this holds up. Not that the Bucks are that good. They are pretty undisciplined.
