Eduardo Rodriquez's 2nd season/career starts now ...
He s/b comfortable back in his original climate (Camden Yards) and has a 2 run cushion to boot.
In 2014, Andrew Miller was traded to the O's for E-Rod but Eduardo never really settled into the starting rotation throughout 2015 and had a mediocre year so after a stint on the injured list (knee in spring training) this season is really his debut as a Red Sox Starting Pitcher.
Good Luck E-Rod!!!

MOOKIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3 run homer by Betts (2-2) ... 5-1 Sox.
Young made a great catch at the top of the fence/wall in center to save a HR.
Bogaerts still looking for his 24th consecutive game hit, 0-3 so far ... not looking good tonight.
E-Rod looking good into bottom of 5th (5-1) ...
O's with a couple hits in the bottom of the 5th scoring one to make it 5-2 ... 2 outs, runner on 1st.
Fast ball 91-92 mph rather than 96 that he's capable of throwing.
Ground ball to 3rd ... force out at 2nd ... Onto the 6th.
HOLY COW!!!
Betts just hit his 3rd HR of the game and this was to deep center field ... WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bogarts follows with his 27th consecutive game hit ...
6-2 top of 7th ... 2 out and Papi at the plate with a man at 1st as Petey thrown out trying to steal 3rd.
Popped up ... 7th Inning Stretch
Not much to report after that ... Koji (?) in the 8th and Kimbrel the 9th to end it ... Sox up 3 games on the O's now.

Rod looked just ok despite the good stats. The second time around the o's hit him a little harder. Hopefully when he gets back to the mid 90s he'll look a little better. Good first outing however no BBs quite impressive. Not sure why Kimbell wasn't rested tho.

He's been out with a knee, so his arm s/b alright and you'd think that since Spring training he's be up to speed already ... that said, probably best to take it slow and build up to speed over a few starts.
