Final regular season game for the Celtics and most, if not all NBA teams on Sunday ... Here's what's left for the top teams sans the Heat who are already locked into the #1 seed:

Philadelphia: vs. IND, vs. DET
CELTICS GET NO. 2 SEED
—If Celtics beat Memphis and Bucks lose to Cavs
CELTICS GET NO. 3 SEED
—If Celtics beat Memphis and Milwaukee beats Cavs
--If Celtics lose to Memphis, Milwaukee beat Cavs and Philadelphia goes 1-1 or worse
CELTICS GET NO. 4 SEED
--If Celtics lose to Memphis, Milwaukee loses to Cavs and Philadelphia goes 2-0

I don't see why the Sixers would want to win today, and take a chance on having to play the Nets! We'll see soon! I say all 3 teams lose today!!

Bucks are tanking. It's either going to be Brooklyn or Toronto. The Celtics should have won that Bucks game. It is what it will be.

There are a number of losses we can point to that would have us in a better position had we won but, the bottom line is, we win and we got Brooklyn.
I'm built from a different cloth. I WANT BKN! Why are so many folks trying to avoid them? If we play them in round one, then we have to beat them. If we play them in round one and lose, then maybe we aren't the contender we thought we were. And you can bet it'll all be blamed on RWill's injury.
We don't need RWill to beat BKN. Let's play to win tonight and let's ready ourselves for BKN and go out there and beat them. Wouldn't have it any other way.

Wouldn't have it any other way. RWill does play a role in this. I am with the thought that RWill makes us a better team so why search for a miss match when you can play it smart and get the guy back. The whole lets be tough and play whomever is ok when you are confident about your team as is in which this case I am not. |
