Love this kid, I picked UCF to win my bracket last year. While I fell short there, I did make money betting on UCF last year.
He'll be in Maine next year. He's dismal from the line and a bit thin. That being said, his reach is 8'4 (Yao Ming's was 7'4). If he can put on 15 lbs, improve his touch (especially at the line), work on his basketball IQ (he's relatively new to the game), and most importantly stay healthy - he'll be a limited rotation player in 2-3 years. And we'll go from there.

OK, so the big guys contingent also got something in the draft.
Danny has now put out as many fishing rods as he could in reasonable locations. Lets see which ones hook a big/reasonable fish.
On now to draft and trades. I keep thinking that Vucevic at max is not a good option especially with the Lopez twins, Valanciunas and DeAndre Jordan available in the open market. It is the cost/benefit argument. We can cover that position cheaper and try to sign Kemba Walker. Don't know if we can retain our exceptions if we do a sign & trade vs outright signing. It Danny and company can figure out a way to keep exceptions, we can try for Kemba and sign a big with the exception.
A couple more weeks and we will know where we stand. Fingers crossed that Kyrie changes his mind.

Just not this soon.

Mark Eaton ( who had a solid career) was 7’4 290, Yao Ming was 7’6 311. Tacko only been playing basketball for about 6 years and with a couple years seasoning and on a workout program, I think Fall will play.
