The Red Sox Nathan Eovaldi is on a timetable after pitching a simulated game this Friday, per The Boston Globe’s Peter Abraham. He could be back in the Red Sox rotation by mid-June. The Red Sox are not considering a move to the bullpen at this stage for Eovaldi, whom they view as a starter, despite a 6.00 ERA in his first four starts to start the year. Of course, much of the Red Sox roster started slowly, and there’s no reason to think Eovaldi won’t be able to return to form. For his part, Eovaldi wants and expects to be a starter.

Lets hope that he doesn't simply return to form.... but exceeds form!
His lone pitching bright spot was one fluky year (14-3) with the Yanks 4 years ago.
Before then and since then, very lame!!!
Said another way, Evoldi suks the green weanie.
Who cares what he wants or expects?
His mama maybe?

That USA ship has sunk. The Sox are in the lifeboat with a slow leak.
We don't even have a 5th starter so most anyone would be an upgrade. If the Sox don't score at least 5 runs Eovaldi might be in trouble in well over half his starts.
Still have two months left we'll see.
Those Dodgers are on cruise control i see .

Getting rid of that cancerous rental superstar Manny Machado (the baseball version of Kyrie Irving) and getting Cory Seager back from ACL was huge for the Bums.

Sox win Yanks lose to Toronto? Tanaka is done in this league with Sabathia. Yankees ERA going way up. The Dodgers can't be this good either. Nothing in LA is good it's a big shit hole.

I wouldn't have gave Eovaldi 4 years. Two max maybe 30 to 32 mil.
No way i give a pitcher with his record 4 years.
The only positive thing is the Sox score lots of runs. If his ERA is just above 4 we still win over 60% of his starts.
