NOTE: In the bottom of the 3rd, Altuve was called out due to fan interference on what looked like a potentially great catch by Mookie whose glove was slammed shut when a fan hit his glove while in process of making the catch. Some thought it was a HR but it was clearly interference and called that by the field umpire. The review board said their was no clear cut video evidence and the ruling on the field prevailed. Above, the play-by-play shows Altuve getting a double and scoring on Reddick's single but that didn't happen and the Astros only tied the game with the HR 3-3
GAME TIED 4-4

Sale tomorrow still a little weak.
Pud and I were discussing the ''flu''. this week.
I blame Pud. Jinx and Pud is from from Brooklyn. It figures.

The Astros are a well rounded team.

BoSox need to step it up just a bit if they want to go too.
As elvis would say.... duck the fogers!!
Indeed....

How bout' that ... with 2 out Vazquez misses a tying HR by inches only to end up at second with 2 outs.
Just when you thought the Astros would get out of the inning w/o any damage, Jackie Bradley Jr hits another monster HR on a 1st pitch change-up off James and the Sox take the lead for the third or fouth time.6-5 Red Sox
Back n' forth we go ... who will be the last man standing tonight?
Rodriquez in for Kelly bottom of the 6th ... He fails to get the lefty out and Cora pulls him immediately for Brasier.
Onto the 7th ... We need 1-2 insurance runs before we can turn it over to "Knailbiter" Kimbrel

Astros s/b out of the 7th but Correa failed to touch 2nd before throwing to 1st for the out there thus eliminating the inning ending double play. Pearce had a chance to drive in two insurance runs but his line drive went foul before getting over the 3rd base bag. Hinch has pulled Pressly for McCullers now who's facing Holt ... Bases loaded - 2 Outs
We got one of those runs from another bases loaded walk by McCullers!
7-5 Sox but that ends it ...

Good reporting Admin...sort of a lot of work...gives substance to those who come here and read in history, but perhaps not important to the regulars...enjoy the game...go Sox!!!

Astro's pitchers have allowed more pass balls than any post season I've witnessed ... Incredible!

With two away Mookie (singled) goes to 2nd on the pass ball and J.D Martinez brings Mook home on a single ... 8-5 Sox
Looking for Barnes to get 3 more outs and Kimbrel to have a 1-2-3 incident free (no walks/hit batsmen) 9th for the win ...
