Can't believe the Indians..no offense with the exception of Lindor and they keep winning..kinda fluky no names hitting homers.
Not a good sign ..I thought lester would have this.

Short on starting pitching too ... but the Cubs started the same way against the Dodgers and came back so let's not write them off based on this game ... Francona just thru everything (Kluber) he has at the Cubs including the kitchen sink (Miller)so it goes down hill from here for the Indians.

I'm not writing the cubs off. Picked them to win it all and I stand by it just saying I figured lester to win this one. ..
I think it was Arieta who lost the first vs dodgers....I think he's a pitcher choker but not lester..
Offensively the cubs are superior with the likes of Rizzo, Bryant Russel and also contreras
Cleveland has a very strong bullpen..

With the Series 3-2 Indians over the Cubs as the series returns to Cleveland, the teams split the first two games at The Jake and the Indians got the best of the Cubbies at Wrigley taking 2 of three with the Cubs taking the final home game at Wrigley (after losing the first two games there) to extend the series to a game 6 and hopefully a 7th game for their fans.
Back at the Jake, Cleveland fans were anticipating a possible World Series win tonight (Tues Nov 1) but the Cubs scored first on a solo HR and after being hit consecutively in the 2nd inning and making a huge fielding error as a fly ball was allowed to fall between the center & right fielders, the score jumped to 3-0 giving the Cubs one of their best scoring games of the series.
In the 3rd inning, someone awoke a Monster as Tomlin walked Schwarber, gave up singles to Rizzo & Zobrist to load the bases setting the table for Russell with 1 out ... Francona brought in Otero to pitch but he gave up the grand slam to make it 7-0 Cubs ...
Cubs held serve in the bottom of the 3rd and went down 1-2-3 in the top of 4th to Salazar ...
Can the Cubs hold a 7-0 lead for another 5 1/2 innings to force game 7 ... they better be able with all hands on deck tonight!

9-3 off a 2 run homer by Rizzo late in the game and there will be a game 7 ...
S/B a doozy with all players available for both teams ... Unless Kluber/Miller pitch the entire game, it would seem that the Cubs have been let out of the box and have more pitching to boot which may give them the advantage in game 7 ... now the pressure is on Cleveland to win at home and prevent a 3-1 lead from becoming a 4-3 loss giving up 3 games in a row.
Who will remain the perennial LOSER ... Don't miss game 7 for the answer!

Cubs break the ice early (top of 1st) for a 1-0 lead ... for maybe the 1st time in the series, putting pressure on the Indians to catch up.
Still 1-0 into middle of 3rd inning ... Go Cubbies!

I called the cubs to win it all year round couldn't figure out these Indians.I felt they were playing over their heads. . The last 3 games the cubs have showed why.
