I think he is a bachelor is why? yes, thats my point. he should just come out and represent as a leader of the LGBTQ community. lets be honest any hetero "bachelor" whos worth over $200M and hasn't been married or hit with paternity suits, isn't hetero. again, not that there is anything wrong with that. But be honest for godsake, its 2021! Don't know about that. Some people don't want to give away their hard-earned cash to someone who wants a divorce. How long did Ray Allen go before he finally married the mother of his children? 20 years? Lol

Only if he's 100 percent. If we take a L in game 3, then maybe consider him.

Sorry, I'm not buying that. I saw him sitting on the bench monging on a banana. As I said in an earlier post and have since read elsewhere (Robb @ masslive?) ... it makes more sense that he was read the riot act on cursing and antagonizing the fans and threatened with suspension if he didn't clean up his act. That explains why we got docile Irving last night otherwise his bipolarity has kicked in.
If you were watching, after Kyrie subbed out, a Nets assistant twice pointed to his watch to let Kyrie know it was sundown. The announcers mentioned the time of sundown as Kyrie went straight to the locker room. He was allowed to eat and drink at that point and therefore ate a banana after he returned to the bench. He probably ate something in the locker room before returning to the bench area although all we saw was him eating a banana. There is no doubt he expended a lot of energy during the Sunday game but most folks who fast during Ramadan say the toughest times are later in the day before sundown, with some days being more difficult than others. It seemed quite obvious he did not have that bounce that he had on Sunday. Let's hope he doesn't have it tomorrow either. Good grief...I think the all powerful and glorious Allah would allow a bit of an exception to a guy playing in the NBA playoffs, representing his Muslim 'brothers'...
And if he thinks the Boston crowd was tough on him, let's see how the NY crowd treats him if they lose game 3...

NO WAY HE'S A GAME TIME DECISION. He got injured March 27 and had the minor surgery (easy for me to say) a day or so later. It's been less than one month.
As much as I'd love for him to play, he just cannot be ready yet.

Normal folks that work in an office are seriously impacted physically by fasting. It takes a whole lot out of you. And some days are better than others. Try that and then try to make a basket with Marcus Smart draped all over you.

I'm glad you guys have all this confidence because the Celtics held serve at home. This thing is not over. It would be foolish to dismiss KD, Kyrie, and the Nets. I want the Celtics to dispatch the Nets quickly but KD and Kyrie are a tough duo. I want a sweep so guys can get some rest and RWill can ramp up his return. But I would bet my house that KD won't have 3 subpar games in a row.

"No way KD has back to back bad games." I think they may find a way to pull it out tomorrow, but if so won't have anything left for monday. In fact they would probably give up quick on monday and try to win back in Brooklyn, hoping for a miracle in game 7.

If we win the next one or game 4, we will start to hear those little rumors about how KD and Kyrie have been injured.

If we win the next one or game 4, we will start to hear those little rumors about how KD and Kyrie have been injured. We'll hear that KD's knee wasn't fully healthy and the heavy load he carried down the stretch just to keep BKN in the play-in game really impacted him. We have to win tomorrow. I don't want to mess around with this team.

I'm with Petey! I enjoyed our 2 wins, but we could just as easily lost both games! This things a long way from over!

KD has already whined that he was injured, and that Cryie didn't play much, and that Harden was a distraction. Built in excuses if they lose. I think he's a great player, but he needed to go to GSW to win anything. We need to win ONE of the next two games, then, like Petey said, finish them off at home. I also agree with Cole that RWill should not play next game at all. Possibly Game 4.

Now that the Nets know just how lethal Smart's left hand is, they will no doubt scheme to force him to his right.
Advantage? Still to Celtics!
Pud's bunion agrees: Cs in 4 games...

I think i was in favor of playing the system and skipping the Nets. I But I dont like their excuses. The Nets that is. I also noticed, mentioned it earlier too, that this whole 2021-2022 of allowing physical play has shown how not so great certain players are. KD cant handle an elbow to the chest ditto with Kyrie. And Harden over in the other side having to figure out how to make shots rather than expect a foul being called. On the flip side we have tatum, brown, smart (you can name alot of our roster) to be really aggressive and physical. Thats been a huge difference in this series. Huge. Series is far from over. But dont give us no ramadan excuse for his lack of playing. Bottom line is kyrie has to compromise or choose a different career

One thing about Ime, if they think RWill is ready, and if RWill thinks he's ready, Ime won't have any trouble playing him!

Please stop with all the cynical talk about what the league office wants and the strings it may be pulling behind the scenes to promote its hidden agenda.
We're having such a great season.
Why throw shade on it at this point?
Next thing you know, the players along with the refs and the league office will be in on the fix too.
Simply said.... please STOP!
