Well, Mr. Knowledgeable, odds are that Kemba will suck...that is how it tends to go for short guys whose game is based on quick movements and then they get knee injuries...not to mention he never has been any good at defense...say what you want, doesnt make it so even if say it over and over... I know you don't like Kemba. Nothing I will say will change your mind. The solution is just to wait for Kemba to return and see how it goes. And I will root for him to succeed for two reasons...he will be wearing Celtic green, and I hope he can become tradeable because he surely is expendable...

Somehow I think they are turnover prone and relatively low IQ players. Young career 1.5 turnovers per game. Barnes career 1.2 turnovers per game. ooof! I don't know why it seems like that to me.

But if he returns healthy and plays well then he will be an asset. Like I said, let's just wait for it to happen. According to a report I read, Kemba might be ready to play in a week.

No worries, he’s an immature middle aged man so he blocked me because I’m not an over the top biased fan, which is his choice. He will say he’s over it even though 80% of the posts he makes reference me, so I’ll keep finding quotes from his past that point out his hypocrisy. Fun little game we play

And why didn't Jayson Tatum hesitate to sign a new deal with the Celts? Ainge didn't screw up, Hayward just didn't want to be the 3rd or 4th option. Some of us here kept saying Hayward is redundant. The end result proves it.

I think the point here is that we all know Tatum just signed a max deal. Some might be worried about his NEXT deal, as we tend to not be able to keep players that long.........I get it The new max deal hasn't even started and I'm already being told he's leaving? HELLO!!! 2025 is 4 years away! Che might not be around by then. Martyrs don't die silly.. The big screen is in Valhalla anyhow.. I'll give Ainge 2 more years and bitch the whole time i'm sure...

Believe me, one of the reasons I'm still pissed is because I thought THIS was going to be the year. Everything was in place. We just needed to upgrade our bench. We were two games from the Finals last year. I felt all last year we were the team that could give the Lakers the most trouble. As long as everyone was healthy, we were poised. We had no more high picks left, and we had everyone under contract for one more year. We had the team in place. Teague still would have signed, I'm sure. Assuming Thompson came for the MLE....maybe, maybe not. Our starting team COULD have been - Kemba, Smart, Brown, Tatum and Thompson. Our bench could have been Teague, Pritchard, the Butler kid, Theis and RWill/GWill. THAT, my friends is a talented bench. End of games? Benedict Arnold goes in, Kemba or Smart comes out, depending on what we need. That team is deep and talented, and championship caliber. Now there are too many unknowns for me, and I feel we've gone a little backwards. He's better use the TPE, but whoever he uses it on may not move the needle enough. And THAT is why I'm still pissed at both Johnny Damon, and our GM, who may have blown an easy chance to improve the team... Wow...that is some straight shooting...

They will slide into the playoffs/\. Not a Hayward fan 100% but i was told he was washed up.. Lost a step.? . 21.5 5.5 boards and 4 assists while shooting almost 50%. We miss Walker's points but not these? I'm confused.. absolutely about Hayward. Beyond me. We should have never gotten Walker with Hayward. It just pushed him out of the rotation. Bump...
yet another reason to dislike the Kemba signing...great point Cabutan...

Hayward wants to be the man. With the Celts, he would just be the 3rd or 4th option. There's very little chance he would be an all-star again. But if he joined Charlotte, he would automatically become the team's best player.

Kemba's only a few games away from returning. I'm sure he'll be productive. I hope this time around you would stay.

According to you, Hayward was our best player. But that's just your opinion. Kemba and Tatum made the All-Star team last season. Jaylen was snubbed. Hayward didn't even come close. You don't have the numbers to prove that Hayward was the team's best player. If it's true that Hayward was the best player then why did Tatum become 3rd Team All-NBA and not Hayward? Just because you say Hayward is the best player, that doesn't make it true. Trump also said the election was rigged.

Kemba's defense is so horrible that his offensive contributions are cut in half...
