So the other night Kyrie didn't play in protest of the DC fiasco? And tonight we lost TT, RWill & GWill to the rona? No one knows the reason. I think it's because he only wants to play when KD does....... Like the little dog and the big dog from the cartoon?

So Westbrook for Brown trade was a load of BS ... nobody here would do that trade accept for the guy who proposed it and he may not have been from this forum ... I hope not!

I wouldn't trade Brown for anyone except KAT Even that will not be a good trade for Boston right now. Jayson and Jaylen will be the closest thing to Jordan and Pippen. Both Js will surpass Steph and Klay because of the better defense. Those two Js have a special relationship. The Celts are better off keeping them together for the next 10 years.

This is the 3rd straight game where the Celts got 50 total rebounds.
Tacko got 3 blocks and 8 rebounds in 19 minutes.
Hopefully the Celts can keep going up in the standings.
And to think the Celts are doing this without Kemba and Hayward.

Whoever thanks that's a good trade must still be thinking of the Westbrook from 5 or 10 years ago. The only thing that was ever get about Westbrook's game was athleticism. He's not even fit to sell popcorn now

Only way those two leave is if the Celts are a lottery team. That's very unlikely. As long as the Celts are in the hunt every season, there's no reason to leave.

At this rate they'll be here for 10 years.
I've never heard of Tacko Friday, but I guess it exists.
The reports on Kemba are encouraging too. We'll see on all the above.

I recall seeing a report that Kemba is expected to play next Friday. That's good news.
I also think we should sign a 10-day contract for a big man, as we'll be very thin up front this week. The Miami Cheat and Adebayo would destroy us in the paint on Sunday.

I’d love them to stay but to confidently say they’re both staying is premature. Tatum may want to go play in LA or somewhere else to a better city who knows I think they need to win a championship, getting close and failing gives them more of a reason to find a better team

Brown would like to but he may be needed as a key piece in a deal. LA is a garbage dump. It's nicer going North, South and some places East. Been there many times JUST CAN'T STAND IT. It's so alluring coming in from the mountains to that brown haze and clogged highways. Whenever work allows me I fly into Orange or Bob Hope (if that's what it's called now) to avoid the fetid, pusy boyle of an airport.

The trend of the league really disappoints me. Tatum being a bigger name then jaylen makes me think Tatum would be the one to get a posse and go somewhere. I’ve actually never been to LA, and to me I like living in Mass...but I’m sure these guys like the bigger named cities for some reason or another

James likes LA because of his business opts. Those opportunities are now way more mobile. Who knows why anyone would chose a bombed out wasteland like Brooklyn. It's close to Manhattan, but you can't even get a regular taxi to go there. Manhattan, SF and Chicago are great places. Ya Chi and SF have some ratty areas, but I could live in any of them. Most of the southern 'cities' are just urban sprawl. If you were in Houston and someone told you it was Miami you'd need the palm trees to tell you the difference. ETA I sorta like Phoenix, LV and SLC because you can get to some amazing places from there easily

This is the first year of Jaylen's new contract.
Jayson's new contract takes effect next season.
And you're already talking about them leaving?
Some Celtic fan you are.

Doesn't like Brad.
Doesn't like Ainge.
Thinks Jayson Tatum will leave the Celtics.
Thinks Jaylen Brown is one dimensional.
Believes Kemba doesn't move the needle.
And doesn't believe the Celtics will win a championship with Tatum and Brown because they're not on par with the top end talent of Kyrie and KD.
The pattern is obvious.

Kemba Walker (left knee) has been cleared to resume practicing with the Celtics.
This is obviously a huge step in Kemba's rehab, and Adam Himmelsbach reports that next Friday's game vs. Orlando could be targeted for his return. Boston will continue to take every precaution with his troublesome knee, though, and the official statement concludes, "Further updates on his status will be provided as appropriate." Everyone who has him stashed in an IR spot must be thrilled, while shallow-league managers should consider grabbing him wherever he's available. His return will be bad news for Payton Pritchard and Jeff Teague.

If they bring a squad here then perfect. Kyrie is from Brooklyn so that makes sense. Boston just had trouble getting big free agents here unfortunately. In basketball I mean. We will see though, hope they both stay
