Tatum 0 free throws in 2 games! Brown was the best Celtic again tonight! The good news we're 1 nd 1, I expected us to be 0 and 2!! It's a long season boys, and hopefully Ainge will get us a power forward and Kemba returns healthy!! Absolutely! I agree with everything you just said. Celts being 1-1 is good news indeed.

Last season it was the Bucks who the Celts couldn't beat.
This season it's looking like it's Brooklyn.
Celts just need to be the #2 or #3 seed.
If Brooklyn ends up #1 then the Celts will only face them in the east finals, as long as the Celts are #2 or #3 of course.

Right now, today, even with Kemba, of all the players we've mentioned to add, I don't see one that could get us by the Nets or lakers.

Didnt watch. We got spanked. Tatum from the boxscore needs to provide more. Dont know what happened to teague. All good. Optimistic. Of course it had to be kyrie. We better address that for the future

In the nba your top end talent is what makes the team go and wins. The nets simply have the 2 best players on the court in a series

Celts have been exposed here They were shooting over us and rebounding over us all night. We are toooooo small. TT- Owned by Jarrett and Jordan And he is iur best big by far. I like when Tatum excuted that up and under, unfortunately we needed a steady diet of him posting up and all we got was step backs today.

At this point they need a different offensive set. I don't want to see Theis at the three point line.
He is a fraud there. Grant looks like a fraud there so far this year.

Daniel Oturu might have been a good guy to guard Durant.

We are not good enough to beat the Nets with Teague giving us nothing and Tatum not getting to the line.

C's hung with them until late 3Q.
I thought the most glaring weakness were the guards unable to contain Bkn's guards, plus the C's lack of offense. Myles Turner might have helped j/k. A healthy Romeo helps the Guard D and Kemba helps the O considerably (even for 20 minutes).

Myles Turner might have helped This is why I think it just came down to second game of the year, conditioning not perfect, we beat the Bucks by one point and they beat the hapless Warriors who've lost two games now by a total of like a hundred points. It didn't just come to that I mean obviously Jersey played fantastic, but I don't think we can take much from the Celtics effort at the end. And remembering we still might get something from Kemba, I'm not going to worry too much about that game I also don't think Brooklyn I should say can keep it together all year to get a 1 seed.

They couldn’t beat Miami either That was before the Celts got TT. With TT, the Celts can beat the Heat. Bam will not be as good when TT is the one covering him. I think that’s very optimistic. This Celtics team is just not good enough. Regardless of MIL and the heat. They aren’t touching this nets team in a series

This Celtics team is just not good enough. Regardless of MIL and the heat. They aren’t touching this nets team in a series It's an extremely large assumption that Durant and Kyrie will be healthy or even playing well together when the real season aka playoffs start. Ainge is letting the C's play out for now, and has the ability to make additions later in the season. If they do nothing Lankford and Kemba coming back even in limited roles are very useful when the real season starts. In fact most of the teams will looks very different. Making assumptions now is silly.
