Let's not forget that today's NBA is different. So I think it's going to be about how many championships Tatum can win with the Celts. I think Bird would be even better in today's NBA! 35 PPG......no holding? His body wouldn't take the beating it took......driving and dishing.....to BIRD? OMG. I'd love that |

I want the cs to beat them badly 😁 I noticed that ever since Simmons went down, they weren't really trying to win games. Maybe they think they can beat the Celts in the playoffs because they had success against the Celts in the regular season. |

I don't blame Philly for wanting us, they have had their way with us recently.
The key to beating Philly is run, run, run! With Big Al replacing Simmons, run his old ass into exhaustion! Get down the court and into the offense before Embiid can get set.
On D, have Theis, Kanter, Rwill, and Taco (yes Taco), utilize their combined 24 fouls by being overly physical on Embiid. That and double him everytime he has the ball, just don't leave Al wide open.
C's in 6 in a 7 game series, C's in 4 in a 5 game series. Starting to peak at just the right time.

It would be interesting to see if taco could handle embiids illegal shoulder. Even if he was backed too low he might still cause problems

Lately though, the cs seem pretty comfortable playing together and Robert Williams looks like a stud. He is a very smart player and better a passer than what i thought. |

We owned the sixers in the playoffs when tatum was a rook.
This celtics team is better, and that sixers team was better with reddick.
