31.3% for Smart. .. Not so bad if he gets his career average to 33% ill be happy. Edwards the great three point shooter is at 20%. Green was a good pickup. Never thought anyone from Radford would play in the NBA. You are the ultimate Kook...
again, a kook is a rookie who cuts someone off in the surf lineup in a dangerous manner...
you thrive on it...Go Celts!

Jaylen needs to be with the 2nd unit.
He played 32 minutes in this game and only got 12 points and 9 shot attempts.
I think Jaylen would get more shots with the 2nd unit.
Right now Hayward is handling the ball a lot and Kemba and Tatum are shooting a lot. There's just not enough shots for Brown if he's with those 3.

Yeah, but Jaylen aint going to be exactly stoked about that...he'd probably want Tatum down on the second team, eh?

Fading signal in the car? Always I think WBZ stopped broadcasting the game some years in the 60s i couldn't get it. Ford Philco picked up better than AC Delco We had a 60 Chevy Not sure about Chrysler our 47 Windsor had retired to the barn with no battery... I got my own transistor in 66 with an extended antenna used the porch swing. Cold as shit in the winter it wouldn't pick up well in the house.... When the signal would start to fade, I'd turn the volume on the car radio up to the max, thinking I could hear better.
I couldn't.
The roar of the static could be heard in the stillness of the night out in the country where we lived... so I would roll up the windows to try to muffle the sound.
My parents were nearby, likely trying to sleep.... as were neighbors.
Then the signal would magically fade back in and I would turn down the volume so I could hear myself think.
The only source of light was the glow on the radio dial on the dashboard.

We saw in this game that Jaylen played a lot, but he had very little shot attempts. Moving to bench does not mean it's a demotion. Kevin McHale was a great 6th man.

Ok, the game was over but how bout Green getting 12pts in 12 mins? That's why I really didn't understand the Romeo Langford pick. Look at the rookies this season and clearly Ainge could have done better with that #14 pick. Javonte is an NBA player. He's just not getting enough minutes because the Celts have so many good wing players. But there's no doubt that Javonte belongs in the NBA.

Eventually he was starting Bat outa hell was the first 8 track I ever bought

I will not say it was a waste until I see him play some. Brandon Clarke is doing really well, but other than that.............maybe Thybulle. Can't say it was a bad pick yet

What I'm saying is Ainge should have used the pick for a player who can help now instead of someone who's years away. The Pacers already used Goga in the absence of Myles Turner.

Lol Hedley...Jim Steinman's songs were more like theatre/opera, and Meatloaf was perfect as his vocalist...not for everybody, here's a gem...

I think that Jaylen is fine playing unselfish basketball now that he's gotten paid. I understand guys on their rookie deals wanting to score to get a pay day (Rozier last year), but after you get paid ...It takes some pressure off. I think Jaylen is fine being the fourth option on offense.

And I think we need his defense with the starters. And I dont know who would replace Smart as second team PG if he was moved to Jaylens starting spot. I dont think Carsen is ready to run a unit.

I do agree that moving a guy to a second unit is not always an insult/demotion.
I would think maybe Hayward if anyone. Because he's such a talented scorer and facilitator. And playing against other team's second units would hide his defensive liability.
But man, Haywards been balling these last 2 games. I say, at least for right now, if it aint broke....
