Does attacking Brown somehow fulfill some innate contempt you have for me as gatekeeper of this blog or just because my calls have been more accurate than the few you've attempted and failed so badly with?Please... you've been more accurate? Saying that the Celts would trade the #1 pick for the #5 and #10 pick, in 2017, speaks volumes about your accuracy. You just have to accept the fact that right now Jayson Tatum is better than Jaylen Brown, just like you had to swallow Ainge drafting Rozier instead of Kevon Looney, the player you wanted Ainge to draft in 2015. Didn't you say Ainge should be fired for drafting Rozier so high in 2015? It's a fact that nobody here knows what Ainge will really do. Ainge is so unpredictable. So bragging about ones accuracy is hilarious. Accuracy in selecting successful players out of the draft, not Ainge picks!
You wanted Fultz and I wanted Looney ... who's more successful right now? LOONEY!
Don't remember saying DA s/b fired for Rozier but disappointed in his always selecting guards ... stop putting words in my mouth. You were warned about that line above when I preferred trading down for 5 & 10 but never "predicted" DA would do it. False news by you again ... that's twice, do it again and you'll find yourself suspended again.
Coming here and bragging that Tatum is already a superstar when you wanted and predicted Fultz as a Celtic is what's hilarious. You want to own that Tatum pick by DA and we all know that Fultz was your guy.

Admin I keep telling you I'm not questioning Jaylen Brown's talents. He's very athletic and talented. So that's very clear it's not his abilities that is in question. The problem I have with Jaylen Brown is he thinks he's a starter with the Celts. That's not happening with this current roster. If Jaylen Brown will be happy coming off the bench then there is no problem. But if Brown insists that he's a starter then he should go. There would be no problem if the Celts didn't give Gordon Hayward 32m per year. But since the Celts signed Hayward to a max deal, one of the wings on the Celts would have to make a sacrifice. Right now it's Jaylen Brown who has to make a sacrifice for the good of the team. You've questioned his BB IQ ... What makes you think he's unhappy about not starting ... you an insider within his circle of friends? He logged the most minutes last night and you talk as though he's unhappy with not starting or coming off bench in limited minutes ... Gordon's coming off the bench @ $32MM so why should Jaylenny care? Ainge wants all around talented wings and Brown isn't excess in this roster ... Rozier is!
Not sure that this is absolutely on point.... but I would be more than happy coming off of the bench making a whole lot less than JaylenBee.

Jaylen Brown is starting to look like himself, and I think its a big reason why this team is winning now (not to imply Jaylen is the most impactful player on the court). Why are we bickering when the team is finally looking good? Jaylen and Tatum both have great nights and nights when they show they are still young. Its possible to be a fan of both. I think the debate over which one will have a better career is still far from settled. Human nature... folks like to complain.
At this point, the complaint has shifted to..... (drum roll please).... we should be doing better.

It's not a debate. Fierce is attacking Brown because he know's Brown is my guy. That's how Fierce operates. Constant needling of his opponents ... it's got nothing to do with Brown.
I needle him back about Tatum's inefficiency and poor shot selection as well as lack of defense (aside from rebounding if he's not lazy) just to counter his ridiculous critiques.
Look at last night:
For the Celtics, Marcus Morris compiled 22 points and 8 rebounds, Jayson Tatum added 20 points on a team-high 15 shot attempts, and Jaylen Brown contributed on both ends with 22 points, 7 rebounds, a steal, and a block.
Makes me question which one is the futre superstar ... He should leave Brown out of his attacks and come after me if that's his intent but he can't so this is how he fights back.

Fierce keeps the board interesting! Seems to me you can dish it out but can't take it! If anyone's to blame it's both of you!! Although I don't see anything wrong with any of it!! Certainly not enough to be suspended!!

Dont let it bother you. Maybe he is taking chop shots at Jaylen as an effort to be passive aggressive towards you. I think most of us understand that Fierce's urgent desire to jettison Jaylen off the team is due to personal bias. We all have personal bias. I, like you, am a huge Jaylen guy. We are probably his two biggest fans in the entire fandom lol.

If Jaylen played all year like he's played last 8 games, he'd be in the running for sixth man of the year. And thats nothing to sneeze it.

I dont like to re-live stuff but the guy's remarks and attacks are more than being a passive agressive bully, they are personally directed most of the times and thats pretty evident. Dont understand his reasoning but its never nice to read them

As long as Williams plays D, and protects the rim, I'm okay with him shooting an occasional 3, like Baynes. Me too. It's a lot easier to get an offfensive rebound at the three point line than it is in the paint. Good point

I'm a Jaylen guy, too. I do think that Tatum will be better overall, but that's not a knock on Brown. I do not, under any circumstances want to trade Tatum......so unless NO says they want Hayward, then Brown is the one that, unfortunately, has to go.

Im not saying you arent a jaylen guy, but you arent in the jaylen guy club, lol. If given the choice, i would keep Jaylen over Tatum, although I do like Tatum. I think Brown has higher potential but a lower floor.
