True! Tatum has 10 rebounds and 2 blocks in this game. No doubt Tatum is the 2nd best player on this team. Based on consistency, that is Morris!!! Right now that's also true.

I'm just not sure if Morris can keep it up the whole season and playoffs.
But it's true Morris is the most consistent Celtic this season.

Absolutely! Just imagine what Tatum would become next season and beyond! people forget he's only 20 years old!! You could be looking at the all time leading scorer for the Celtics, by the time he's through!!

Theis can't defend guys like Drummond and Embiid. But against smaller teams, Theis will be fine.
Hayward can be our Ginobili.
Today we saw a preview of a playoff rotation. No Rob Will, no Ojeleye, no Yabu, and maybe no Theis if Baynes was healthy.
I think the Celts are not yet an elite team. Very good, yes, but not elite.
The question is, does Ainge think Brown or Rozy or both can upgrade the Celts roster if they are traded?

9 points total from Jaylen and Hayward.
OUCH....
We need a minimum of 30 points from those two combined every game.

what's laughable is the Sixers and Lakers!! Lakers are not trying to win a championship. They're just trying to make money. Sixers are in the same boat as the Celts regarding Butler and Simmons. Celts have too many of the same kind while the Sixers have too much slashing and not enough shooting.

What's up with Jayson Tatum's post game press conference. He did his press conference with a DRAGON. What's up with that?

I think the Lakers really had no choice. Ball was the hometown kid. The Sixers were lacking a PG at that time. Ainge must have known something that the rest of the league didn't because Fultz was the consensus #1 pick at that time. But you're right, right now the Lakers and Sixers are laughable for passing on Tatum.

You were his biggest cheerleader by far to wear Celtic green.

Speaking of the Lakers whom I’ve hated almost as much as I hate the Yankees, they were incredible tonight beating GS on their court 127-121 and GS had all its stars and LeBron went out early 3rd Qtr. Incredible stats shooting 55% and 39 for 3s and GS shot 41 and 25 for 3s and their rebs too were much superior 49 to 37. Amazing that out Alumnus Rondo with 15 pts was praised as the Veteran after LeBron left looked to him for guidance by the youngsters…they have a lot like us. Paul Pierce praised him too( didn’t play this well in 2010 when we lost to LA in finals and I’m still pissed about that game 42 foul shots to 18) and they got 21 alone in the 4th Qtr helping to erase our 13 pt lead in the 3rd. PP said Rondo is a leader and still a good QB and LA is lucky to have him. In the last few years I always said we could win the East but how do we get by GS. I believe our toughest matchups will be in the East with Milwaukee, Philly, Toronto and Indiana. Of course in the playoffs we only need play 2 of those 4 teams. So, I think GS can be had and I think Irving is an all around better player than Curry. Durant, however, is better than anyone we have but I feel the rest of our team is better. In view of tonight’s performance, are the Lakers to be considered as opponents in the West ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png)

All I have to say about the GS vs. Lakers game is, when Lance Stephenson is 3-4 from 3-pt land, it's an aberration.
I don't think the Lakers are better than the Nuggets, OKC, and GSW.
So the answer is "no". Meaning the Lakers won't be in the Finals in June.

What I take from the Lakers game is that there are starting to be chinks in the GS armor. The Warriors can be beaten this year. Maybe in the west, maybe by the East winner.
I actually found myself rooting for the Lakers, and rooting for LeBron

The Lakers look like the better team. I was also rooting for them. Although I feel it would be a shame if the Cs made it out in the east and LA in the west. Lebron has tarnished too many playoff series for us. It does not matter who you put around Lebron, that team will always succeed and is showing once again.

I have no complains if it's a Lebron vs. Kyrie Finals.

Yes also nice to see Rondo back playing well. It's been a long journey. Wonder how long it will take Hayward? also, anybody else have trouble adjusting to the uni colors in the lakers game last night? I kept feeling like both teams were the lakers...A vs B squad or something.

Bucks and Raptors are for real though. I think Greek Freak is the third best player in the league behind only Durant and LeBron. GF just keeps getting better

East is tougher but Raptors have been playing ok lately. I think that some wear is taking over already which is not a good sign. The bucks biggest asset is their coach. He has them running and gunning.
