And there you go ... no Al or Porgie means Kornet, Queta & Tillman getting minutes. JB out gets minutes for Brissy and/or Svi if he becomes available.

Were going to back right into the best record without trying it looks like.
Did the jazz back off once they got to 4? The bench is about to get some serious run in any game not nationally televised.
Most of the teams will be trying to lose. Were these jazz trying to win? Didn't seem like.

Wonder what the lineup will look like tomorrow? Wonder how much guys will rest once we've wrapped up #1?

Wonder what the lineup will look like tomorrow? Wonder how much guys will rest once we've wrapped up #1? 10 up in the loss column with 17 left to play. I say start the resting / maintenance on a rotation. 1-2 starters off for the next 12 games. Then (5 games left at this point), maybe go all out for 3 of em to tune up and go in hot. Then final couple, rest up.

He brought the Celtics to the Eastern Conference finals. He finished fifth in MVP voting. He earned two All-Star selections and a spot on the second-team All-NBA. He helped lift Boston out of a rebuilding phase and back into relevance. No matter how life smacked him, Thomas fought back. And he’s not ready to call off his mission yet. “I’m going to just continue to fight, continue to do it with a smile on my face,” Thomas said. “And I know at some point somebody’s going to give me a chance. And I always say I’m going to just laugh at the things I’ve been put through. It just tests you, that’s all. The game is going to test you no matter how good or bad you are.” – via The Athletic Top Rumors, Free Agency, G League, Isaiah Thomas, Boston Celtics
“I just love this s— too much,” Thomas said Tuesday after registering 34 points, seven rebounds and five assists in a 139-129 win. Why keep going? At age 35, Thomas believes he still has years of good basketball left in him. He would love to make it back to the NBA, but for the time being, he sounds deeply appreciative of the opportunity in front of him. Based on his explanation of the situation, teams weren’t clamoring to give him another shot. He said he needed to help facilitate the G League signing himself. It’s no coincidence that he landed with the Utah Jazz’s affiliate. Danny Ainge, an executive in the organization, helped pull some strings to give Thomas another chance. “Danny helped make this thing happen,” Thomas said. “He connected the dots.” – via The Athletic Danny Ainge, Free Agency, G League, Isaiah Thomas, Boston Celtics, Utah Jazz

Our whole defense had to scheme around him. I'm OK with taking him for marketing purposes and karma, but there's a reason he can't get a gig. He should go to China and be a star

Another bionic mouthpiece like Grant who has been reduced to begging to set on the bench and wave a towel. I don't think any team in China wants him he's broke he would have taken an offer there before now. Karma? IDK about that.. He never brought us a title.. Why not call up Drew Peterson we could use him next year? If Boston signs him i'm gone and i'm not BSing

Surely somebody has joined since me? But I don't think they could take my name? I'm kinda surprised they haven't all died off by now there. when I was there I was one of the youngest and was never thought of as one of them. They tried to do live games chats instead of the posting game threads ( the old heads didn't like that). one of the members started weekly zoom video calls for anyone wanting to join, only got a couple of us into it and none of the "old heads". then the guys running the show started deleting some peoples posts ( not mine) because they deemed them not "nice" enough I guess. They never explained why, I figured one or more of the "old heads" didn't like something that was posted. right after that I was on one of the zoom calls and "bobheckler" was on ( one of the guys in the know there). I asked him about it and he hedged and said he didn't know why. That's when I said something about this place is full of people who are gonna die soon and they better figure out a way to get some younger blood in here. Heckler got pissed amd left the zoom, LOL. on a note form the other side of youth, I have been watching CLNS' the garden report since they started them around covid. They talked about a discord chat they started and I joined that. I am the old Boomer over there instead of the young guy, LOL. chatting/debating with those kids is interesting to say the least.
