cant make a statement when a guy is missing. Is like, you never know what it would be like. It applies to any sport, team sport
Middleton is the 2nd best player on the Bucks and he's an All-Star.
So that's a huge drop-off in talent if the Bucks are missing Middleton.
you were missing in action for a long time. One would think that you learn your lesson but you dont. There is no crystal ball to this, you dont have one, no one does. Just because Middleton bla bla doesnt mean that they will be better than us. They could have been more predictable. They probably could have been overconfident. The others probably wouldnt have stepped up as they have. And the list goes on. Cant be trying to make predictions like that. In any sport period. Thats why you get burn so easily. Always trying to make predictions. Then you cant nail it and come up with an excuse. Go with the flow. It is what it is. No middleton and a bunch of other players not fully healthy on both teams. Thats that.

You really think the Celts will be just as good if Jaylen Brown is out for this series?
It's not a prediction based on a crystal ball, it's based on what the Bucks will miss if Middleton is out.
You really think the Bucks will not miss Middleton's 20 points per game?
This may be the most important missed call of the game, as the league ruled that Holiday should have been called for a five-second violation on this inbound play.
The Bucks would score a go-ahead bucket on the ensuing possession thanks to an Antetokounmpo layup. However, according to the league, Boston should have been awarded possession after Holiday failed to inbound the ball in time.
Red: "Basketball is like war, in that offensive weapons are developed first, and it always takes a while for the defense to catch up."
It confirms how bad the officiating was and that it's not us making a big deal just because we lost ... the refs really do blow and to the advantage of who?

I agree.
But what that does is confirm the bad officiating and the Celts still lose.
The bottom line on the officiating is that Giannis is allowed to go fully postal and just destroy people in his path and we get penalized if we breath on him...the stuff that Giannis does should result in criminal assault prosecution...
It is sort of like if for instance McHale had clotheslined Rambis ten times per game, game after game...

Since Player Association President Chris Paul got fouled out in 22 minutes, maybe VP Grant Williams and Jaylen Brown can give him a call and have the refs be employees of the player association in the next collective bargaining agreement. REfs would answer to the players and have two main goals: prevent injuries and call all fouls fair. Then maybe the NBA would regain a little more respect than the World Wrestling Federation.

What about Timelord getting clubbed in the head by Portis?...should have been a flagrant...kick in the nuts, a no call...how about the karate chop to GWill's throat?...Smashing the basketball into RWill's chin?...

What all you're saying is true.
But the NBA takes no action.
Payton Jr. already got hurt.
Yesterday it was Ja who got hurt.
There will be more if this kind of officiating is allowed.

If we retaliate now we'll be called. They'll call this one tight. We will in in a finesse game.
In the end I don't think the nba wants Milwaukee, just longer series.
"Yup. I forget the exact stats but Scott Foster has an uncanny ability to almost exclusively ref games where the team that’s losing the series wins the game. And what a surprise, he’s reffing this game.(Dallas, last night...)
Really hope he’s catching a flight to Milwaukee in an hour or so."
