Oh he is a scorer. Once again, we were with a shooting PG. So disruptive for the guys we have. That is why i think that we either try to get Lonzo or bring a 6'5 good ball handler. Would hate us going after anotjer ball hog small PG. No more stars or franchise guys please. We have two already. Good point...everything changes with out a ball hog midget at point... or at least we hope it does change.

Respect your opinion Cab, so I may have to watch Fournier closer and reevaluate...but dang, he sure seems soft...no defense whatsoever... Oh he is a scorer. Once again, we were with a shooting PG. Does Ky know he is welcome back now? Yeah he does, unless he doesn't have a calendar and know what a month is...he is just pussy hurt...or maybe he is embarrassed about what a chump he was to Admin in front of the whole board...
I have been a chump at times here as well, but I usually admit to it, delete it if possible...but I have not openly challenged Admin...that is not so brilliant...I think he was a little deep in the bourbon...just fess up and apologize, dont double down on stupidity...
(someone should bump this because supposedly Quaig has me blocked)
A few posters pretend to have other posters "blocked."
Not true.
This is a very small sports forum and we are all busybodies.
To claim that I have you blocked actually means that I don't have to respond to you, not because my panties are in a wad because I can't deal with you.... but because I don't care to read your stupid, irritating posts.
Pretty lame excuse... but we hide behind lame excuses all the time.
fiercy claims that he blocks my posts. In truth, he reads my posts like a book... and he reads everyone else's too.
Its all pretend!

Here's a headline: Blake Griffin was reportedly warned not to sign with Celtics, and the Nets wound up uncovering a hidden gem Considering how dysfunctional Celtic management has been over the past number of years under DA's "leadership" or lack there of, it surely didn't take much of a warning.
All it took to give Griffin pause coming to Beantown was a bit of common sense on his part.

Not sure Id say lack of function in Celtic Management. Id say lack of function as a team. Theres been reports that they didnt take covid protocols seriously, they went out constantly on the road. All of that stuff is on the players. Half of this board criticized Brad saying hes not hard enough on players, yet there was hatred from the players towards the coach because he was too hard on them, especially Kemba. They also didnt like to be booed. At some point, we need to look at the adults playing the game and need them to grow up

My take: Lack of effective leadership at the very top of the organization.... AKA lack of adult supervision.
That has been the difference...
...between the ^^Boy Scouts
and ^^Boston Celtic management.

Adult supervision? To supervise adults? The players make hundreds of millions of dollars...They make their own decisions, they must be held accountable. Cant always point the fingers away from them Chris Mannix on Comcast "A lot of what ailed them last year should be put squarely on the backs of the players, among other things...The celtics were among the teams that did not take Covid very seriously, they continued to go out on the road and found ways to skirt rules on the road" Management should put pad locks on their rooms maybe? Handcuff to the bed?

Instead he showed them how to Kard-ass- ian.

Ive been consistent since I joined here. I have given players all the credit when things go right and they get the blame when things go wrong. Player dependent league When I say held accountable, I mean by people placing the blame. As in the fans/media. For some reason most of this forum shys away from putting any blame on them, when in reality most should go to them. LIke I said above, coaches can only do so much...Which im guessing you were referring to. Should they be handcuffed to the beds on the road? At some point, when does an adult/professional have to look themselves in the mirror and be responsible for themselves?

You cant mold your effort or teams ability off of how Lebron does it. Hes one in a million. Taking the regular season off works for Lebron and Durant, not for many others
