Tim Reynolds: Max Strus tonight: 21 points, 0 rebounds, 0 assists, 0 steals, 0 blocks, 0 turnovers. First such game in Heat history. The last time any player had such a game was Cuttino Mobley in 2007. The last time someone did it as Strus did, on nine shots (or less): Byron Scott in 1995. – via Twitter ByTimReynolds Byron Scott, Statistics, Cuttino Mobley, Max Strus, Miami Heat

Jay King: Kemba Walker said his struggles aren’t due to his knee. Said he just has to find a rhythm again. Believes it will just take time. Pointed out that it’s just his 11th game and he went a while without being able to play ball at all. “Nothing with my knee or anything like that.” – via Twitter ByJayKing Top Rumors, Injuries, Kemba Walker, Boston Celtics

osh Lewenberg: Brad Stevens: “I got a kick out of everybody talking about Toronto’s downfall 8 games into the season. That wasn’t going to last – they’re too good, they’re too well coached, they’ve got too good of an environment. They’re a winning organization.” – via Twitter JLew1050 Brad Stevens, Coaching, Boston Celtics, Toronto Raptors

Unfortunately I can't watch the game even on tape, because again league pass on Dish didn't have it. I have no idea why I pay crazy money for this league pass Me either, but Dee helped me out Again, a poster on the Pats board called Javaman recommended by another poster, the Hub, on a thread called 'Tired of cable TV costs?..' can help you out...just buy a firestick, and he will walk you through the set up in about twenty minutes, even if you are clueless about this stuff like I was...every sports package, every movie channel, and my wife can watch TV from her hometown in France...if the game is not on the sports package you can go to the TV channel in Boston or the opposing teams city and watch it...just no DVR-ing...

I really like that starting lineup with JB at the 2 although we need to make sure playing the 2 didn't contribute to his bad shooting night. I simply think JB had a bad night shooting and he won't repeat that tonight. Semi seemed really engaged playing with the starting five.
We should continue with that even when Smart returns. That would strengthen our 2nd unit with PP, Smart and TT but Semi has to continue to be engaged and play well.
Hindsight is 20/20. I'm sure the Celtics would have passed on Gordon Hayward had they known JT would come in and be the player he's developing into. And i'm certain we would have passed on Teague this season had we known PP would come in as skilled as he obviously is.
It would be good to see JT and JB play the EXACT SAME way as they did last night (rebounds/assists) except SHOOT BETTER and eliminate the turnovers. JB played really out of control.

Nemanja Bjelica who has been out of Walton’s rotation since Jan. 9 and appears likely to be on the move. The Sixers, who have long been tied to Hield in terms of interest, are known to be among the teams who are considering the 32-year-old forward who has shot 39 percent from three-point range in his six seasons. – via Sam Amick @ The Athletic Top Rumors, Trade, Nemanja Bjelica, Philadelphia 76ers, Sacramento Kings

For Petey:
Even if there was a quality deal to be had that added future assets, his production in the present is so crucial that it appears unlikely that he’ll be on the move. Nonetheless, sources say the Hawks have shown a willingness to listen to offers for Collins (this should surprise no one). – via Sam Amick @ The Athletic Top Rumors, Trade, John Collins, Atlanta Hawks

Barnes — who is second on the Kings in scoring (16.7 points per behind De’Aaron Fox), third in rebounds (6.5 per) and third in assists (3.5 per) — has a team-friendly deal that declines year-over-year ($22.2 million this season, $20.2 million next season and $18.3 million in 2022-23). To this point, sources say teams have been given the impression that the Kings have no interest in moving Barnes. – via Sam Amick @ The Athletic Top Rumors, Trade, Harrison Barnes, Sacramento Kings

Depending on what we had to give up, if we got Collins, we'd instantly be contenders. He's that good and needs a structured team with two stars in JT and JB on it. Don't know if we'd have to give up Kemba but I doubt he'd be included in a deal with the Hawks. It would have to be a 3 team trade but I'm all in for Collins.
