Daniel Theis out, Marcus Smart and Kemba W@lker questionable vs. Magic Nearly half the Celtics roster ended up on the injury report. By Greg Dudek
Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports
The Celtics had six players end up on the injury report ahead of their matchup with the Orlando Magic Wednesday, including Daniel Theis, who won’t be available to play due to a right ankle sprain. Theis suffered the injury in the second half in Monday’s win over the Atlanta Hawks. Theis did return to the bench after going straight into the locker room to be checked by the C’s medical staff, but Theis didn’t go back into the game as Brad Stevens said his ankle swelled up pretty bad.
The Celtics will still be without Robert Williams, who is progressing in his recovery from a left hip bone edema, while Marcus Smart and Kemba lker are both listed as questionable due to minor injuries. Smart sat out against the Hawks due to a right quad contusion that he sustained in Saturday’s win over the Philadelphia 76ers. For lker, he has missed two straight games already as a result of left knee soreness.
Gordon Hayrd has dealt with his own share of aliments — some serious, some nagging — that have caused him to miss 16 games already this season and he s back on the injury report with a right calf contusion, but is probable to play when the Magic come to town.
Enes Kanter, who in his first contest back in Atlanta after a five-game absence played 16 minutes and tallied eight points and nine rebounds, is also probable to play as he deals with a left hip contusion.

What, are all these guys 75 years old ? Sounds like the lineup at a senior citizens exercise center. Ridiculous !

With Kemba lker, Marcus Smart and Daniel Theis all out, look for Romeo Langford, in his 15th pro game, to make his first NBA start.
He’ll be the 12th different Celtic to start a game this year.

Horford says there's stuff going on in the locker room in Philadelphia. It's got to be bad if Horford is talking about it, because he wouldn't even talk about it here last year.
How come nobody is questioning if horford is the problem?
