Ok and they were carrying what? Machetes ?/ Still no name just a bogus report by Trunp.
Just got back from a real war in Nicalandia this year and last faced machetes and AK47s daily. RPG'S last year right in front of my house.
Guess what? I'm still quite well and missing no body parts.
I do respect you wanting to defend yourself. We can schedule a couple rounds shake hands and maybe one of us can walk away.
I'll post the odds 8 to 1 on me you have a few years on me. Ok

Islamization of Europe coming here with an influx of immigrants(terrorists coming across Mexico’s border) and his desire to annihilate ISIS. You sir are a fuckin liar. Name ONE ISLAM TERRORIST WHO HAS BEEN CAUGHT AT THE MEXICAN BORDER.Just one..... According to a 2018 report from the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), U.S. authorities have apprehended as many as 15 suspected terrorists attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border since 2001. They were affiliated with groups such as ISIS, Hezbollah, the Pakistani Taliban, and others. At least five of those 15 migrants were separately prosecuted in North America for various crimes, including attempted murder, lying to the FBI about terrorism involvement, and providing material support to a terrorist organization. However, since terrorism-related statistics are often classified, the actual number of detained terrorists is likely much higher than we know from public records. “The 15 terrorism-associated migrants who traveled to the U.S. southern border likely represent a significant under-count since most information reflecting such border-crossers resides in classified or protected government archives,” CIS observes. “Most information relevant to addressing the question of how often terrorist suspects were apprehended at, or migrating to, the border would reside in government intelligence database systems exempt from public disclosure, and no collection of relevant publicly available material could be found,” CIS explains. Based on information from intelligence sources, CIS states that at least 100 migrants from “countries of interest” who matched U.S. terrorist “watch lists” were apprehended “at or en route to the southern border” between 2012-2017. It’s impossible to know how many terrorists have successfully crossed the U.S.-Mexico border undetected — and that’s why President Trump’s concern about border security is completely justified. History teaches us that it only takes one radical to detonate a bomb at a busy square or drive a truck through a crowd of innocent people. Without a border wall, those radicals can simply walk into our country, and pick their target at leisure. America shouldn’t lay out a welcome mat for terrorists who want to do us harm. It’s time to change our broken immigration laws by choosing security over insanity. Denying that the danger exists, as the Democrats are doing, is a reckless political stunt that puts American citizens at tremendous risk. Trump's border wall is not going to do jack. The border has already been walled/fortified in most places easily accessible.
If you want to get into this country to blow things up, it is a whole lot easier to simply come thru ports of entry or overstay your visa than it is to walk in out in the boondocks.
Broken immigration laws do need to be fixed... but Trump simply wants an expensive, easily defeated wall as a campaign issue instead of smarter alternatives to securing the border.
If there were classified info that revealed that terrorists were filtering in thru the Mexican border, Trump would declassify that info in a skinny minute and shout it from the rooftops.
My concern about Trump is that he will not give up the presidency easily if at all. If he loses, he will declare that the results were not to be trusted and get his supporters out in the streets looking for a 2nd amendment solution to what he claims to be a "rigged election".
These are dangerous times.

I already said I did not go in the Military because I wanted to do so. In the 60s we were drafted unless we escaped to Canada, stayed in school like many privileged politicians did, shot ourselves in the foot or said we were what Gay?
I see ya not very adapt at debates. You should have not opened a can of worms they are eating your ass up

Poor debate on your part. Try another line of work Open upa can of worms ? Foolish.
I went to Grand Valley State College, as it was officially titled in 1965. I believe my tuition was for 15 credits a whopping $97.. I was staying in an apt with three others, 60 bucks a term and remember my granddad gave me $5 a week for working on the farm.. and I always had plenty of money, and plenty to eat.
My cousin who was a few years older wrote this back a few years ago True story
Admit you are gay and like to be around lots of men. It's cool with me.

VIETNAM !!! Re Dee’s comments: Sarge supports Trump and the War Machine Elvis. Backstory killed innocent women and children in NAM Fine and i havn't been up his ass so to speak i respect his age he is older than i am. Folks were deceived about the war no doubt. Bet ya a doughnut to a dollar two things. He has a MEGA hat ...........and just ordered a double Johnnie Walker Red. Can't drink away those memories of children getting napalmed. Two of my best friends came back in a pine box Elvis. That kinda took all the fun out of it and we lost the War too boot. Don't start a fight ya can't finish. Thought you would have learned that in Nam No? I already said I did not go in the Military because I wanted to do so. In the 60s we were drafted unless we escaped to Canada, stayed in school like many privileged politicians did, shot ourselves in the foot or said we were gay(no gays then could enlist). If not, go to jail. And I did say in my previous post, I never liked that Trump felt his attendance at a Military academy was equal to active duty or even being in the reserves in the military and that I always preferred a President with military experience. The Gulf of Tonkin is so full of mixed opinions/facts whether the Vietnamese initiated the attack or not. Most of what I read is that the confrontation was a lie. My point is that even if not true, Johnson used it as one of the reasons to commit us to the war. As I said, I lost some friends and many are affected with injuries and psychological disorders that have affected their rights to living a normal life. Many thought Vietnam was a senseless war but it is a bit similar to today in the re: the Domino Theory, we needed stop the expansion of Communism in Asia. That is exactly why we must stop ISIS who wants to do as the Communists did, control the Middle East. The only thing I knew was that we had to stop the spread of Communism as we did in Korea with the South now being democratic. Was the Domino Theory of Communism spreading to other Asian countries fabricated…we’ll never know but we should have known Vietnam was not to be an easy victory. In Korea we went in with some WW2 experienced troops and McArthur advanced relatively easily to the border in North Korea but then thousands of Chinese came across and entered the war. We should have expected that had we easily advanced against the Viet Cong that the Chinese would enter again. It is always difficult for me to talk about the war seeing some troops blown apart, innocent civilians killed, 100 degree temps sitting in swamps, Agent Orange, napalm, malaria, ringworm infections etc. And, I did vote for a Democratic President, JFK, one reason was that he was Catholic, who when he took office in 1961 vowed not to allow South Vietnam fall to communism so they were an Ally. Vietnam is communist today but has adopted some capitalistic practices and is doing well. North Korea and Laos are communist. Thailand and Cambodia are monarchies so not democratic. In short, was the war worth 50,000+ dead and 300,000 wounded Americans ? We should have learned from the French who were soundly defeated. We should have negotiated something, sanctions etc. to have avoided the war. Of course, I am being a Monday Morning quarterback. This has nothing to do with Vietnam but the powerful Russian Army was defeated or in a stalemate in Afghanistan. Our only reason to go in there in my opinion was to get Bin Laden. In short, we shouldn’t be there now. We must defeat ISIS and regarding the Domino theory for being in Vietnam, I believe ISIS would like to control much of the Middle East with the exception of Iran, reputed to be the leading country exporting terrorism. Lt. Calley’s actions were egregious & he deserved punishment as he had a number of unarmed civilians killed. I had troops next to me blown apart but we were told to stand down and not fire into the crowd of civilians where the Viet Cong hid, as does ISIS now. But in a moment of combat with bullets flying by, and seeing friends along side mutulated, some troops did and hoped the civilians would fall to the ground and those that didn’t were considered a casualty of war. Bravest troops were helicopter personnel as they dispersed troops in the rice paddies and picked up wounded and deceased as Marines did not want to leave anyone behind. Helicopters hovered waiting like sitting ducks as bullets pierced the fuselage and Marines prayed that an anti-aircraft weapon would not bring them down as many did. Many were happy to return home alive but were spit at so they wouldn’t wear their uniforms being called a baby killers. OK, enough already so please do not mention that we were all baby killers. I have nightmares about Wa so prefer to try and not think about my involvement there. yes indeed it was a very messed up time, a brutal war, and amid massive upheavals in our society...
I am sorry that you had to deal with it, and carry it throughout your life...
I often say on the job (construction can get a little gnarly) that such and such 'reminds me of my days back in Vietnam'...the older cats usually turn their head, look at me a bit funny and say that I was not old enough to have gone...but they appreciate that I bring it up and show respect...ignoring what they had to endure and tried to accomplish is not good for anybody...

From Dee: Admit you are gay and like to be around lots of men. It's cool with me.
I was not gay in the 60’s…would have kept me out of the Marine Corps….and I have not since turned gay. Got nothing against them, meant more women for me wanting to get serviced. We used to call them "Queers or Fags", of course, a fag is a cigarette in England. Don't know when they were started to be called Gay but to me means a happy carefree person so I guess most of them are. Some in the military when I was in hid it. But it was tough for them to hide excessive stares in the shower. And, of course, you didn't want to play “drop the soap”. One was discovered and made to wear a pink uniform. No women in combat then…only administrative positions. Don’t believe they should be mixed in combat now…men will be men and in a fox hole a man will make sexual attempts. I don’t know how a woman would react to seeing a man with his guts falling out. Of course, nurses do. But I still feel if women want to be in combat, most are dikes, they should fight only with their female counterparts.
Something humorous I hope but the Southern Cop didn't think so. While on liberty while at OCS at Quantico I was stopped for going thru a stop sign( I was in my civies) and the cop looked at my Maine license and said you damn Yankees think you can come down here and get away with anything. I said I’m not a Yankee, I’m a Red Sox fan….he didn’t laugh…still got the ticket.
Sox up 9-2 in the 8th !

As the report Pud posted said ...
"On the night, Milwaukee shot 36 free throws to Boston’s 32 — although many of the Celtics’ attempts came in the closing minutes."
Maybe it didn't matter but then why did the refs pad the stats in Q4? Were they trying to hide intent or avoiding controversy?
As for Brad, I'd much rather see Baynes making Giannis pay for coming into the paint even if he passes to the perimeter and they score the ball. Make them shoot the three and keep up those high percentages. I'd rather die by the three then easy layups and dunks in the lane!

For Dee: Wish Philly had won. Despite Embiid, I think we have had our way with them past few playoffs and I think Toronto will be tougher. But I think NBA fans without horses in the race want to see Giannis and Embiid.
By the way I don’t need any points from you, thanks for my service, praise etc .but I request no insults against me or The USMC. Being called an idiot or pussy for a sports comment you disagree with is not appreciated. Tell me why you disagree and I’ll respect your opinion and if we have an impasse, let’s move on amiably. I never insulted you in any of your posts except one a few hours ago as I tired of your insulting comments and pissed off. You want to pick on others, that’s your choice.

Well, basically it is because you are a Republican, and we hate Republicans and supposed Christians who vote for and defend the traitorous, awful lying prick who sits in the White House and puts up his middle finger to all the laws of this land, treats women, all non whites, gays etc. like dirt, pretends that he is a good business man even though he has gone bankrupt repeatedly and has bankrupted many contractors who worked for him by not paying his bills but still living luxuriously while doing his best to bankrupt the US but that is ok with Republicans because they only care about the budget when a Democrat is in charge...and he is on his fourth wife and one hundredth affair...bullies people by calling them nicknames, and EVEN DEMEANS VETERANS, John McCain, deceased soldiers and their parents, and is basically a huge embarrassment to anybody that has a brain...but other than that, no worries...
but lets get back to basketball...please start a new game thread Admin...

I'm always amazed that people, when polled about corporations, have really negative views in terms of ethical behavior. But for some reason they act like sports leagues are non-profit. They're susceptible to the same temptations, and they know where their legal lines are drawn

But hiding your legal team in Nairobi is a bit much even for Silver The ceremony which took place at the Reiz Continental Hotel, Abuja on Monday, July 17, 2017, had the President of the NBA, Abubakar Balarabe Mahmoud, OON, SAN, and Mrs. Joy Bob-Manuel, Director-General, LACON formally sign the MoU, between the two bodies to provide a practical framework for ........... NBA, Legal Aid to Collaborate on Pro Bono Legal Services in Nigeria The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) . Watch out near Texas they slip across the border disguised as poor folk from HONDURAS. Then they buy cheap whistles and old prison uniforms and get jobs as refs,
