Sorry to refer to football but if the San Francisco 49ers had drafted Aaron Rodgers instead of Alex Smith they would’ve won two Super Bowl’s and not have had the stigma of having KaeperJERK as a quarterback for a couple of years. Kapernick would have won a Superbowl if his coach was not such an idiot...

55-36 rebounds. Now if we had shot 60 + % we could have overcome this.

55-36 rebounds. Now if we had shot 60 + % we could have overcome this. We don't have the size to compete with other teams any more, now that Horford and Baynes are out. Williams is going to be good, but not this year. Unless Horford comes back soon or Ainge finds us some help there will be a lot of games like this. Furthermore, right now (in fact all year) this team has almost no chemistry. The talent is there to win, when healthy, but there is zero chemistry.

Brown giving back 5 points to Milwaukee. I just don't buy that notion is a great defensive player. Brown isn't a great ANYTHING this year. Clearly he has the athletic ability, but come on-he can't even finish at the rim on a break? He needs some time on the bench to think it over. The team is better off without him on the floor.

Come on, Browny. How can Browny be an effective slasher if he's bad at FTs.
Look at Smart today ... after sucking for 4 yrs he's finally making FT's and threes ... Brown is just scratching the surface.
Besides, Morris Sr is a FA this summer and will garner a huge paycheck ... C's won't be keeping him over Brown.
Did I see Tatum (IQ?) try to dunk on three defenders on a fast break with Giannis on his right hand with Brown on left wing and Hayward to the right wide open and sure as shit get blocked?

Tatum takes a quick three when we were about to find single digits, misses and loses his man on a fast break at the other end for a 5 pt swing ... you didn't see that one?

Brad relieved Brown with Tatum after he played a long stretch of high energy/effort ball in Q4 and even brought him back in after a few minutes rest ... C'mon Fierce ... You can't blame this loss or the poor season on Brown. If anything, Hayward is robbing minutes and look at his stats tonight. I thought Gordon would be a lights-out three pointer but he's not! He's just not ready and shouldn't be getting preference over anyone until he's 100%.
I'd rather see Irving/Hayward, Smart/Rozier, Tatum/Brown, Morris/Theis & Horford/Williams than Hayward as a starter. Smart's fine but we need to flip-flop him and Brown depending on the matchup each game.

So you think Rozier is making those decisions sans any coaching?
Hahaha ... he's a natural slasher and being told to shoot threes ... no different than Smart who's another guy who's strength is in the paint not on the perimeter.
Don't make this about the coach because when Rozier gets in the paint, he usually pulls up for a jumper or uses a floater. That's not slashing. Brown is also struggling driving to the hoop because he ends up getting his shot blocked. Those things are not on the coach. There's no question both Brown and Rozier are talented. It's just a matter of not having enough minutes for the Celtic guards and wings.
BS ... Rozy gets as many layups as Kyrie ... he doesn't rely on his floater or a pullup unless there's no lane to the rim.

Smart and Rozier combined 3 for 15! Two games in a row they've been extremely pitiful!! I would put Brown back in the starting line-up, and trade Smart or/and Rozier for a guard who can score!!

Ainge can fix this. Jaylen Brown doesn't even have to be included in a trade for Vucevic. Right now Baynes, Rozier, and Yabu works for Vucevic. But if Brown has to be included in a trade to upgrade this team, Ainge needs to do it! fierce, I would have done that trade but believe it or not, Aron Baynes has a no-trade clause in his contract. And I don‘t think he would give it a go to a trade forwarding himself to Orlando freaking Magic.

Not true. Rozy is just averaging 1.2 FTA per game. His FG% is also 38.5% this season. For his career, Rozy has never averaged 40% from the field his whole career. That's a clear indication that Rozy is not getting a lot of layups. Players who drive to the basket on a regular basis have a higher shooting % than players shooting from the outside.

It's time the Celts get an inside scoring big man. Celts are just too predictable right now. All the teams in the NBA know the Celts will just shoot 3s. Ainge needs to upgrade this team because it's this is a very talented team on paper.

If Ainge can move Hayward now then I'm not against it. But it looks like Hayward's 32m per year salary is close to untradable. Having Brown and Hayward is just not practical. There's just not enough minutes and shots for both to be happy. There's no questioning Brown's talent as he's very talented. The problem is he's just not a good fit anymore. What's worse is Brown is not a good FT shooter. It would be very hard to win close games if Brown gets to the FT line when the game is on the line. Brown has never averaged 70% from the FT line his whole NBA career. Right now Jaylen Brown is more of a luxury item for the Celtics. If the Celts can keep Brown then it's a good thing. But if Brown has to be sacrificed for a big like Vucevic then so be it.

Don't compare Smart and Brown when it comes to FTs because Smart only shot FTs poorly during his rookie year. Smart is a career 75.7% FT shooter and he only shot below 60% once, his rookie year. Marcus Morris deserves a huge paycheck. Celts will keep him unless it's an absurd amount. Right now if the choice is between Morris and Brown, it's a no-brainer, it's Morris. Morris is also very solid defensively. Also, Marcus Smart's greatest asset is his defense. The offense the Celts get from Smart is just a bonus. Jaylen Brown on the other hand is only useful if he's scoring. If Brown is not scoring a lot of points, he looks lost. Time will tell, but my money is on Rozy and Brown getting traded this season.

Nah no one sees anything about Tatum they just suck up the hype. He's a good player some nights most others he's just average. Let me say this again. He couldn't tie Paul Pierce's shoes.

Sacramento continues to win what we were assured was a top 7 pick is now late teens or early 20s.
Folks keep saying we have 4 great picks next year. Do you ever look at the standings?
Someone also mentioned Sac would tank. As of today they make the playoffs.
Ainge fucked up and Stevens is like our VP Pence. Just a puppet who pulls all the wrong strings.
Besides that we have two players making over 30 mil who are worth about 15 mil. Not to mention resigning Irving for + 30 You see a happy ending to this? Send me your drugs.

VILLAGER #1: We have found a witch, might we burn her? CROWD: Burn her! Burn! BEDEVERE: How do you know she is a witch? VILLAGER #2: She looks like one. WITCH: I'm not a witch. I'm not a witch. BEDEVERE: But you are dressed as one. WITCH: They dressed me up like this.
Brown is the witch now and Stevens dressed him up. What happened to the cries? Stevens developes young players? One of the best.
