I almost hate to bring attention to it, but dang this team is playing some good baseball...won 1-0 last night with Price on the mound...up 4.5 at the all star break, and last night opened it up to 5.5...holy mackerel....

Been another rough week in baseball, lots of close games, almost wins/losses by both the Sox and MFYankees...even a gawd darned fricking rainout with the boys up 5-0 in the second with three homeruns, all wiped off the books...crap...still up 5.5...go Sox!

8/5...crazy come from behind victory...down 1-4 in 9th, beat up on Chapman to tie it, Benitendi slaps a single in the 10th to bring in pinch runner from second...Sox up 9.5 games on spankees, four game sweep!

Come from behind tonight (8/7) in Toronto ... JD with a 3 run homer to take a 5-3 lead in the 8th then Kimbrell gives up a tying homer in 9th but Sox get another 3 run homer from Moreland in the 10th followed up with a 2-runner by JBJ for a 10-5 lead and win!

Praise Jah!...after seeing the Sox lead shrink from 10.5 to 8, da Yankees lose to the Marlins 3-9, and the Sox finally beat Cleveland (lost first two of series) 10-4...back up to a 9 game lead, gotta keep this lead, I remember the Sox back in the day having an 8 game lead in September and blowing it...
